I rarely eat BBQ from anywhere because I hear all of these great reviews from people saying it's the best BBQ around and every place I try it disappoints. With that being said there are great points about my food today and one bad one. I'll start with the bad. The ribs were inedible. The first thing I didn't like was the membrane was not removed from the back of the ribs. I can get past that but the ribs were obviously day or days old. extremely dry and the meat was literally falling off of the bone with a touch. If you know anything about competition smoking and BBQ that is considered way over cooked. I'll save them for my husband and maybe he will eat them. Now on for the good part. By far, the BEST brisket I have had around (besides my own ?). I was really surprised with that. The baked beans, also the best I've had around here. They were very yummy. The toast? Who writes a review about a piece of bread? Me!! it was really good!! My son had the pulled pork sandwich and said it was amazing. So overall it was a good experience. I would recommend everything I had except the ribs.

My husband and I had some of Sweet Daddies ribs at the state fair .We are so glad we finally came here for lunch ,it's great !It's so yummy !
First time visiting here today and I will definitely be back. Everyone that works here is super friendly and the food is delicious. I got a chopped chicken sandwich, baked beans, macaroni, and okra. It was all great!!!!

Haven’t ate herein a long time but got lunch for my wife and. I today. To say the least it was extremely great I had sliced brisket and wife had chopped chicken potatoe salad and bbq beans for both of us totally wonderful taste but wait the best part is they had the deepest pecan pie I ever saw and the taste was out of this world. Try this place I am sure you’ll go back.
The BBQ is good , however they were out of ribs at noon , so had to get something else , got my buddy a sandwich and told them to dress it but they didn't have anything but onions and pickles .The server was nice , but the wait was tremendous, would I go back ??? Ehhh Maybe ...
