Been here many times. The service isn't always the best but at least the food has been consistent over the years. It's a subway, it's what you expect it to be.
The manager was very rude and was talking about the new employee in front of all the customers. Not very nice at all.
Fast service
I have not been able to get out much lately but Subway is always decent, healthy food. This Subway in downtown Covington is very easy for me, and I appreciate that they are here and open.
I rarely write negative reviews but my experience here cannot go without reviewing. We stopped here to order a quick lunch one day. We place our order and as we are going to pay we notice tiny fruit flies flying everywhere. As we took a closer look we noticed they were covering the vegetables that they had just put on our sandwiches! When my husband made the employee aware of this her response was “yeah we’re trying to handle it!” We inform her that we will not be paying for or taking the sandwiches that she had made and she tries to give us cookies for free. I will never step foot in that Subway or any others for that matter.
If I could give 0 stars I would! This subway has always been ify but now is beyond bad! Staff has no idea what their doing or how to do it. Some appear high (every time they are working) and the quality of the food is disgusting. We wont be going back!
