Came here to get coffee for someone who had a dairy allergy. The barista was extremely sensitive to our needs, ensuring the pitcher used was cleaned correctly between uses to prevent accidental cross-contamination and checking syrup ingredients lists. They also did a fantastic job recommending an absolutely delicious beverage. Not very many places go above and beyond to cater to the needs of those who have allergies, so I greatly appreciate their service!
They are usually good..I get a Frap & a grilled cheese but the past few times I've been coming have not been the greatest . Constantly out of alot of things and today I had the longest wait time ever & the most watery frap I've had it was dripping all over my car made a mess. Wasn't that great.
The drinks are always well made, but the wait times are long. I know many places have staffing issues right now, but this has been a problem since before the pandemic at this location. Otherwise, great service.
Sometimes the coffee is good sometimes not so good. Hours fluctuate a lot and mobile order is not always available. Baristas can be a little salty at times.
I went through the drive through to order a Grande Green Tea Frappuccino. I tried 2 times to correct the order taker that she put Grande Chia Frappuccino the order screen. She would only tell me that she had it right. Got to the window for my order and still didn't get my correct order. Tried to tell the person that I wanted the Green Tea Frappuccino and she told me that the drink she handed me was the Green tea Frappuccino. I tried telling the person that wasn't the right drink as I got the correct drink 2 days ago. I have never had such a bad experience. As I was pulling off with the wrong drink, as she would not remake the drink the right way she yelled, "or can I make you something else?" I would have liked my correct drink..
Not only is this the slowest Starbucks they are closed more than they are open. They should just close shop and let something else go in its place.
ALWAYS super sweet and quick! Only bad thing is that they’re always randomly closed but LOVE the sweet people who work at this location!!!
The server was pretty rude. We were waiting for a long time just to get a hot water. There was customers waiting to order and she was standing to the side talking to a coworker or something. When I asked about my drinks she instantly started attacking and saying I am doing the best I can ma'am. She wasn't!
By far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I have no idea why but after over a year of coming to this location it’s just so slow even in the mornings at night much slower than any other Starbucks ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of them.
Not only is this is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to, but the most unprofessional one I’ve experienced. I’m a faithful customer that goes 1-2 times a day to purchase a pink drink to help me with nursing. This was picked up by my husband and the lady told him to stir it and closed the window on him when he brought it to her attention. This is not what a pink drink looks like. Will never return.
