If I could leave no stars I would. Will not be going back to this sonic located next to Walmart in Covington. I understand being short staffed…but I waited 20 minutes after pushing the button to place my order. Then a man across the way pulls up and pushes his button and places his order right away. So thinking that maybe my stall was broken we loved to the next stall , I kid you not right when we moved the woman came on the other stall to take the order. Then we had already pushed the button on the new stall. She comes on and I explain to her that there must be something wrong the stalls because we had been waiting for 20 minutes. She said well are super short handed….I started to place my order in which she then replied with my headset must not be working, I didn’t get your order. I just left…there is no need to even go there. The employees are rude. They only have one side open, and if you wait long enough you maybe get to order…if their headset is working.
Employee had Terrible Attitude. I understand they may be short staffed but the Attitude was completely uncalled for.Location has 2 separate parking areas, oneof which was blocked off for entry by an employee car. The other stalls were completely filled. I simply asked where to to pick up my online order and employee rudely informed me that I'm just going to wait until something opens.
Absolutely terrible. what fast food restaurant closes at five in the afternoon!? nobody’s even off work yet to come get dinner!!! And every time you try to come to this location they have one of the two entrance blocked. during lunch once the stalls are full on one side you have to wait for somebody to leave so you can pull in and park! Does sonic want to make money or no? This is like the fourth time one of these things have came up!!!

I pretty much eat at this Sonic everyday, since I work super close! The ABSOLUTE BEST at making the shakes!! No other Sonic can compare to this one!! I truly believe that some of you people just love to complain. I promise you, that you are doing them a favor by not coming back!!
As always, the blast was great!Even if they were out of Reeses.Opted for oreo and m& m.

They were fast, it's Sonic, what can I say.
It was a highly courteous and wonderful experience, especially after traversing an hour away. The bus hop, Wyatt, was especially wonderful and he deserves a wealth of consideration should the time arises for him to ascend to greater things.
