Pulled up at 9:45 p.m. when they close at 11:00 p.m. no one was at the speaker box so I rolled around and saw a worker I waved and she signaled that they were closed. She came walking over huffing and puffing. Needless to say she was one of the RUDEST fast food workers ever. Rolled her eyes and said "everyone quit! We're short staffed!" I don't expect much but goodness gracious that was a terrible experience
Firstly, the worker who took our order (lots of tattoos on arms) was very impolite. We were first timers and asked a few questions to which the worker had a very rude time and took forever to even answer the question. It annoyed me, but I can deal with that. Then we get our order. We were supposed to receive 2 cokes and a root beer, we just got three cokes. One burger was supposed to have mustard pickles and lettuce ONLY, and had everything on it. We returned it and showed our receipt. They asked us twice what it was supposed to be, and they still added cheese on it. Another burger was supposed to be the Barbeque Buford and instead we received what looked like some philly cheese steak type of burger with no barbeque whatsoever on it. Thirdly we were supposed to receive two swirls on CONES and got two strawberry cheesecake ice creams(?) in cups. Everything was cold and unappealing. Will not be returning.
The person to take my order was courteous and helpful. My sandwiches were semi "ok", but the chicken on them was a bit on the hard side... I guess because it was close to closing time.It could still be eaten, and I'll stay alive, so.. I'm not here to drag them through the mud.It's probably safe to say, "Sometimes" we just get a little too hung up on this "Wanting what 'I' Want, Whenever it is that 'I' Want it" mentality.In this country We are "Fortunate".. maybe a little, too fortunate, and we can lose sight of things. You're not perfect, nor do you operate at 100% awesomeness "ALL of the Time".. nor does, anyone else.
I stopped by the Rally's for lunch and it really hit the spot. My food was prepared quickly and to my request.
It was greasy, but good. The employees should stop parking like idiots. The blue hash marks is not a parking spot. It's for unloading handicap vans. Employees car was taking hash marks and part of parking spot. Another employee was parked sideways, right in the front
When you place your order on the app, they don't make the order until you get to the window. Great way to keep it fresh!

Food was amazing and fresh, we had been struggling to find wings we liked down South and finally found what we were looking for. The staff were enthusiastic about the food they were serving, which only made the experience better. Finally, they didn't have containers of honey mustard available but instead of saying they were out, they offered to pour it from the line bottle, which I really appreciated. 100% will go back.
Bought an order of rally loaded fries at the 2560 highway 190 north location and had them add extra bacon. I lifted the box out of the bag and grease started pouring out of the side of the box got all over every where...I felt like I was changing the garbage out of my trash can...it was so nasty and disgusting...I thought I was going to throw up! there was little to no cheese...you could squeeze the fries and nasty old grease dripped out...I am so done with ralleys...this location is nasty as hell!
I ordered two chili dogs and medium fries. As usual for all Rally’s or Checkers the fries were great but it stops there. The chili was awful, it takes very old and burnt besides being dry, the hot dog was hard. The bun was the only good part of the chili dogs. I forced myself to eat one and threw the other one away. I’ll not visit this location again
