The drip coffee, pastries and food are great. If you actually enjoy real espresso drinks, this place is joke. Every time I have ordered a cappuccino or even just a double espresso with whipped cream (the employees have no idea what it is if you ask for a "con panna"), I have been very disappointed. Today, they were so understaffed that just ordering 2 drinks was frustrating. My husband gave up trying to explain a double espresso with whipped cream or a real cappuccino and ordered me a latte and even it tastes completely burned.
This isn’t the first time I have walked in and ordered something to eat and each time I’ve gotten cold ham and cheese croissants, even after I asked for it to be warmed. Cashier didn’t seem too pleasant. Atmosphere was awkward. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
Good products but I asked for a low-temp hot chocolate and I received an extremely hot one!
Really good coffee, excellent staff. I go there with my dad, and they know him on first name basis.
Sounds perfect for coffees
The store was completely silent, very awkward atmosphere. The girls behind the counter looked scared to take orders. My drink was luke warm, it was An iced latte. Both my husband and I’s ham croissants were frozen. I have a milk allergy my drink was whole instead of oat. I don’t know if it was a bad morning but it definitely made my morning rough.
Amazing place, love the atmosphere. Smelled amazing, great staff, cozy, will definitely go again. Food looks and tastes amazing. Highly recommended, though the layout was a bit different, there is a ton of floor space, not cluttered a bit.
Every time I get a granita from here, it's not even frozen. It's always liquid and tastes like mold, wont be coming back.
