Staff is younger kids goofing off and making drinks out of order. Waited 23 minutes for a granita which granitas are already made and all they have to do is pour it in a cup. The boy that made it had forgotten it behind the counter and when he looked up at me and realized I still didn’t have a drink after 20 minutes he started laughing and said oops yours is right here and handed me the drink. I asked if it had been sitting there for a while and he smiled and said umm yeah my bad. I never write reviews but this is actually the second bad experience I’ve had with these kids at this location. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff was super festive this morning and made the experience a lot of fun.
went in today and they had 100 cars in line. so i went inside, the employee was getting yelled at by customer over the long line (like they can control the amount of people who want PJs at once) she handled it professionally, then was super nice to me. even showed me a trick to get rid of my hiccups i had. great people and great coffee.
