Employees were very nice. Chicken on the sandwich and my salad was horrible quality. Very processed with dark spots in it.
Don't typically eat from here but I placed a large catering order for a meeting at my work and it was very good. Ordering online was super easy and they had my order ready at the time they said it would be. Only waited about a minute or so while they bagged it up. Staff was great. They had all I needed in the bags. Utensils, napkins etc.
I am DONE with Panera Bread- as much as I love the food I am done with the Covington location- they do NOT do quality check before releasing orders- if you eat the food you better eat inside or your order will 100% be incomplete- Over and over I have given them chances and they STILL never do anything right- very frustrated and wouldn't eat there if it was the last place to eat on earth...from leaving out cream cheese for a bagel to burning them to leaving out items always - see pic of burned bagel they sent out without cream cheese
Good customer service and food
Very good menu and prices. Friendly, helpful staff. Food was ??? Had the Chicken Cobb salad, French Onion Bistro Soup in a bread bowl and Prickly Pear Hibiscus Tea. I recommend both. My sister had the Cobb Salad along with turkey chili in a bread bowl. She says it is delicious. Sorry we did not take pictures.
The food quality was excellent. I loved it. Full credit to the staff!
Employees hygiene was so disgusting I couldn't stomach the overpriced meal I had just bought. When an employee hands you your food with extremely dirty hands and fingernails and smiles with half a grill of snaggleteeth that never seen a toothbrush....puke!!
Great workers here. The food and meat is always fresh. Good portions and attention to notes.
BAD SERVICE. poorly trained cashiers. When asking prices of things she guesses, wrong. Then when ringing up can't figure it out. I will never go back to this one.
