This place needs to be Communicating more with delivery service apps. Ordered tonight and paid $65 for delivery and they decided to pause the Waitr App because of a party and being busy in which they canceled my order and now Waitr is holding my money from our account for 2-6 days which is terrible!!! The manager says its Waitrs Fault which I totally disagree!!! Thank god I can still afford to feed my family tonight after that amount of money being held. Not everyone is that fortunate that would be able to fork out even more money. More communication needs to be done obviously!! I won’t be back. Manager had no care in the world!!
Ashley and Saydee are great bartenders! Food and drinks are always on point. 10/10 would recommend!
Good service and really tasty burgers make this place my favorite for a good burger at a fair price.
This place receives no stars I only added a star because it’s needed to do a review. This place is highly racist I would advise anyone of color to not come to this place. I recently ordered from this establishment with my family and we waited patiently and was passed by other patrons who ordered after we did. We literally watched as they received there meals and appetizers before we did. I ordered a salad the easiest thing you can get at this place. We watched as the other guest feast on the same stuff that we ordered before them. People came in the restaurant and got a table and received there food before we did. In my opinion this establishment was not courteous or fair in the way we were being treated. So we got up and asked to pay for the drinks that we ordered sweet teas and a sprite. They told us they are sorry and we didn’t have to pay. One guy told us to lay 6 dollars for the drinks but we ended up not paying because the manager stepped in. I’m ver appalled at this situation I’m not even from this state I’m just visiting. This is a classic case of racism. I believe because I’m Black I was treated unfairly amongst the other guest. I’ll never enter a mugshot establishment again and if this continues I’m pretty sure no one else will either.
came to mugshots for the first time with my family this passed sunday for dinner and ashley waited on us. didnt know until the end of our dine in experience that shes new. we were mind blown with her knowledge of menu. she gave great recommendation with the mushroom swiss burger. cant wait to come back and try other burgers! especially the mac n cheese burger! great job ashley!
Holy Cow!I usually never one-star resturants but this place takes the #1 one-star on this review. Slowest night for a Monday with my party being the only ones in the whole facility. Took them an hour to get our food and an extra 20 minutes for my beverage. Definitely come here if you have all the time in the world to waste before getting your meal.
Service was great food was decent 2 of us had the Rajun cajun pasta didn't taste Cajun. 2 did the mugshots challenge they said the burgers were good tasting buy a bit on the dry side. Those burgers are huge even the steak burger that the other person had. We had appetizers chicken strip and fried mushrooms all great. Disappointed they didn't have the southwest egg rolls but I understand companies can't keep up since covid happened. I will go back just getting something different next time.
We were forwarned that they were short staffed, on Mardi Gras day! Our waitress was amazing! But the food was horrible! All burgers were burnt! Fries were cold. Used to be our favorite place. Not so much anymore!
Would like to like this place. Food was ok. Fairly family friendly, but staff seemed completely incompetent. Seems like the establishment suffers from a similar trend to not being able to employ competent workers. Long wait times on a Tuesday is not a good sign. Too bad…
I do not do reviews but was Very disappointed with an item in my take out order this evening. The item was the Mug’s Queso dip for $8.00 and received the smallest container with it half way filled. The dip on the side is from the car ride and moving in the bag. I literally had more chips than dip. Called and spoke to manager as this was my 1st ordering and needed confirmation that the container and filling was correct. Yep, she confirmed this was the right container for the dip and they only fill it half way…smh…WILL NOT BE ORDERING THIS AGAIN
