Customer service use to be great here at this location. That is no longer the case. Went to order my “specialty” coffee this morning and the girl said we no longer have those…I mean…our machine is broken. I said okay no worries…I’ll have a have a hash brown and…then I took a moment to decide on which sandwich I wanted and the girl got on the speaker and said…AAANNND??? I said I’m just trying to decide on what exactly I want. She had bad attitude the entire time, acting like I should have know that the machine was down…or they aren’t making them anymore or whatever. Save yourselves a trip and go somewhere else.
The only thing I didn't like about it was both windows the employees you could tell they did not want to be at work we didn't even get a smile or a thank you
Please have the owner contact me. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever encountered. The night shift at this location is as incompetent as I’ve ever seen.
Cleanest Mcdonalds I have been to in a long time. Fast service and actually got everything correct.
Please check the dates on the milk. This is the second time in a week that I have received expired milk in my son’s happy meal. Today (1/23), I was given milk that expired on 1/17. I tried to call but no one answered. I would like a partial refund please. I cannot come into the dining room to discuss since it is still closed. Employees were very friendly and order did come out quick so I do appreciate that.
Sat at Curbside Pickup for 22 minutes just to be told they had no one to bring the order out, even though the drive-thru was empty. OPEN THE DAMN LOBBY!!!!
What time do they close?? 9:00 pm?? 8:00 pm?? Every time I ride to it, it’s closed lights out and all, but they have cars in the parking lot!! How is the owner making money??
Terrible McDonald's i called and gave my name because my order for breakfast wasn't right. Show up name wasn't written down no replacement. Ordered a big breakfast this is what I got....egg didn't cover the sausage
It was a mistake to get off the interstate to go here. Pulled up to the drive thru and lady asked for my order and I gave it. Then silence and then she welcomed me to McDonald's again and asked for my order. Told her I just gave it to her then I could only hear every 3rd or 4th word she said. Food was pricey for a McDonald's. They need not worry about serving me again. I do not recommend this unit.
Everytime i come to this location,exspecially in the a.m.THEY ARE ALLWAYS ON POINT!Every reastraunt, fast or fine dining has its good and bad days. However i have yet to see a bad day from this store.The line could be around the building and they still get you through in 5 min or less. The employees are always respectable and kind.So thanks to yall for your efforts and hard work. It shows and much appreciated.
