I normally get breakfast at this location. The driveway thru line is always long for breakfast in the morning. The last time I went I had to wait almost 10 minutes to place my order because the lady who works the drive thru window had to use the bathroom. The reason I know this is because she told me. I really didn't need to know this and why isn't someone else working the window while she is in the bathroom. I'm just trying place my order and go. Then she proceeded to tell me my total was and I quote " eight hundred and fifty eight dollars " which my total was really $8.58. There's just too much confusion and unnecessary over sharing of personal information at this point. I try to avoid this location.
The staff are overworked and underpaid. I have had a woman fall asleep standing up while taking my payment. Almost everytime orders are incomplete or we are migrated to the third window only to be forgotten about for 45+ minutes. I'm sure the staff are doing their best but they are simply overworked and not able to keep up with demand.
Drive thru time was ok,but none of what I got was fresh. Seem like it had been sitting awhile!
Hire more people and pay them a living wage. Then maybe you will have better service
I dont like shorter hours that the dining room is open. I hate to sit in my car and eat. McDonald's is great for a quick snack but I gave up going i go home instead. Too messy to eat in the car.
The drive thru lady was super nice but they took forever making my order, and asked Me to park and wait till it was ready. Took a little longer but overall it was a good experience. I'd eat there again for sure.

Big breakfast with pancakes was delicious. I ate the sausage, hashbrown & most of the eggs before I snapped the photo.
Fresh food, in a timely manner, and nice folks serving it,.... no complaints from me.
