My husband, I, and my two toddlers tried to come through your drive thru for dinner this evening. As we pulled up to the speaker, the previous cars order was still on the digital screen, therefore we couldn't see the menu. When the person asked for our order, I told her I couldn't see the menu and that I needed to see it. She said "it's not my problem and you are holding up my line." I repeated that I wasn't trying to hold up the line, that I just needed to be able to see the menu. "She again said it's not her problem and to get out of her line!" My husband and I were floored! We were in no way rude, just asking to see the menu. We parked and asked to see the manager through the window as the lobby was closed. The manager tried to apologize but the employee tried to say we cursed at her and we in no way did! The other employees joined in in being rude. I have never been treated so blatantly rude when I was in no way rude to deserve it. I left your restaurant with two screaming hungry toddlers and a husband who was quite angry. Employee should not be working the drive thru if she has no patience or kindness and frankly not working at all. I'm very unhappy with how we were treated today!
The order taker spoke through the microphone to us as if she had a mouthful of food. No one in my car could understand her.It took the order taker, and myself to repeat my order 4 or 5 times before the order was correct. When I drove up to the window to pay and receive my order, the woman wouldn't look me in the eye during the entire transaction. She didn't offer a thank you. I said thank you once. She chose not to acknowledge me. I repeated, (louder) "Than you". Without looking she raised her hand with 1½" long nails and closed the window. Why does McDonald's mgmt. put personnel on the service microphone that speak in "hood" accents?Oh, not to forget the food. It was obviously prepared far before we arrived. It wasn't that hot, or fresh. A true unforgettable visit.
The service was fast, but even from McDonald's the food appeared a bit sloppy. I thought this, the cashier was the most pleasant person I had expected it was also a little dirty from the outside, but for a McDonald's I think this wasn't too bad.
My hamburgers were so old that ends of the meat were dried out. The chicken nuggets was like rocks. I had to return everything and have my order made fresh.
They were quick and my fish sandwich had the right amount of tarter sauce.. Fries could have been hotter
3/16/22 Around 7:15 am I ordered an egg/sausage Mcmuffin. I wanted curb service. After waiting 23 minutes for service, I walked to the window and asked them where my food was. They said they had just gotten the message. Well, that may be true, but I got the receipt almost immediately after I ordered and have done curb service before and most times, I was served within 5 minutes. But that was at other locations. If what she said is true, they need to get their act together. Another customer arrived at the curbe after me and drove off while I was walking to the window.
If the drive thru is gonna take 15-20 minutes just waiting to take a order then you might as well close the drive thru and just open the inside. The drive thru is meant to be in and out not sit and wait for 30 minutes when they is only 1-2 cars in front of you
Spent $90 at the mcdonalds tonight and ordered 2 20 piece nuggets. Received 12 in one box and 14 In The other box. They were so cold and hard. I ordered a large fry no salt. They were covered in salt. My experience with this mcdonalds was horrible.
They have a worse service, we order 3 combos and they act like they don’t understand us only because we are all Hispanics in the car. The service is lousy and their customer service is the worst i have ever seen.
This is the worst McDonald's ever! Avoid it at all cost! There's so many other options nearby. Everytime I decide to give them a try, you either have to wait like a half hour or you get the wrong food, or both!! Never again!!
