No one was in line but me waited 10 mins someone finally takes my order she was rude I had said my order like 6 times like how hard is it to put in 4 Mcdoubles two with extra ketchup and onions and a 6 piece nugget nugget and she had the audacity to scream at me. It took all I had not to pull her out the window but I took a deep breath and paid her , I get to the second window and the girl doesn't greet me she just cracks the window just enough to push the bag out Again I am the only car in drive thru so I get home the nuggets are cold and I'm missing a burger ? at this point just close all the Mcdonald's in covington down they are ran by children that want a pay check but don't won't to work .
Very good visit food was hot and fresh and got everything we ordered
New cashier couldn't give change back. Didnt enter code so that held us up.
Been two times in the last month both times recieved wrong order.i called the store and was told to return but I didn't have time to get back in the line
Worst McD ever. Lobby has been closed for 2 years. Slowest drive thru service. Absolutely the worst customer service. Don’t stop here.
They mess up my order every time I come here but thankfully the line was short so they fixed it quickly ? still wish it could he correct out the gate.
They are never open. Pretty sure they are permanently closed. The only time I ever ate here it was complete garbage. This place is a waste of space
After filling my complaint on December 15 or 16th, regarding the iced mocha machine at the McDonald’s on Highway 21, I returned this morning to try again and was told the machine was still broken. Not really sure why I even tried, because it’s just made me more angry than I already was. This is TRULY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I understand times are hard right now, but put a sign by the road to make people aware, so time is not wasted sitting in the parking lot, to be greeted by rude employees, who make you feel like you are a burden, because they have to serve you.
Waited in drive thru because lobby is closed due to pandemic, was 3rd in line and sat there for 20 minutes after about 5 minutes the cars would move up a space but come to find out Noone ordered for because nobody was taking orders. So I parked called inside and they said they were open and the manager was gonna go see what was going on. Idk if the people inside were being freaky or passed out in the bathroom but the worst McDonald's experience iv ever had
This was the best burgers from McDonald’s I’ve ever had they looked like a commercial considering they are understaffed they did an awesome job
