Worst place ever and the customer service here is horrendous. Never have I felt insulted as the staff spoke to me. I felt like I was an issue that I had to make them do their job ti make my food. So much attitude and the cashier kept rolling their eyes and smirking. They other employees were laughing and thought it was funny. Never coming here again!
I used to love McAlister’s but was super disappointed today. They advertise a steak sandwich that is amazing but when I tried to order it, they said they didn’t have any steak. Since they didn’t have that, I ordered a bowl of their broccoli cheddar soup (also delicious). I was told they are out of soups as well as Mac n cheese and a few other items. It’s clear this location is struggling - they reduced their hours and the quality of our food today wasn’t great. I won’t be going back!
I had a classic club rap McAlister's club wrap. My wife had the veggie and said it was delicious as well. Nice wait staff good system that they have set up to make sure your order is put on your table nice and fresh.
Visited a couple of months ago and just remembered to write a review.First, the people are extremely nice, but service was shocking.My daughter and I ordered our food and sat down. Soon, I saw the runner bring, what looked like our food, and gave it to a couple of ladies who had just sat down outside. I shrugged it off as just being a similar order. Until 10 mins later. I saw the runner bring the food back inside and head straight to my table.Maybe I'm being unreasonable, but I'm OCD and very particular about my food even when theres not a pandemic going on. So I wasn't comfortable being given food which had already been served to other guests. Especially since it sat with them for several minutes.The runner said the other guests hadn't touched it. But how did she know unless she literally stood over their table? Which I know she didn't because I saw her come back in after dropping the food off.She offered to have the kitchen remake it, but I said no, I just wanted a refund. She kept insisting to have it remade which was extremely annoying. I finally told her that I didn't trust them and absolutely wouldn't be eating their food. Please give me a refund so I can find somewhere else to eat. She did give me one and I won't be back.

Do not order through doordash they will give you the wrong size they will forget items and you will be overcharged. Ordered a full size sandwich and soup with soda received half a sandwich half a soup and no drink or sides. When attempting to call and rectify the issue they would not take any further online orders and do not answer their phone
This veggie potato add chives and sour cream was absolutely amazing. I do suggest getting a half potato if you are not that hungry. This thing is huge. I definitely recommend. I got it with a tea and i was really good. The cups are really big as well. The bathroom was clean and the restaurant was clean as well. Staff very friendly. They did not have on a mask however.
Our BLT was great !In my opinion the walk in and order for take-out method needs to be modified . Once one has ordered we had to stand in the way of people waiting to order . There should be a place where take-out customers can comfortably wait and not be in the way .
Can not order online two hours before posted closing time. Employees do not answer the phone when you call. The last time I ordered from them my order was all jacked up. I got a call from the general manager begging for forgiveness. It has been several months since I have ordered from them. The time before that I ordered online got to the store 20 minutes later and my order still wasn’t ready, was told it would still be “a while” I asked for a refund and was told by a blue haired manager it would take 3-5 days to process……I still haven’t received a refund, many months later. Tried once more tonight. Your service has gone downhill. If you can’t keep normal business hours maybe just close the doors.
Delicious food, friendly staff and the place is enjoyable.
