Ms. Rhonda takes the BEST care of you is you come in when she is on the floor.. I've not had a disappointing meal when she is working.
This location needs to be shut down permanently and probably will. The food is not being cooked properly, the bacon was raw like it had been cut then thrown on a plate and my uncle’s steak wasn’t fully cooked even though he asked for medium well, clearly the cooks do not know steak temperatures! Even the pancakes were still batter-y. Someone will get food poisoning or salmonella if they haven’t already. Lastly it just looks depressing in there, you can tell everyone there is miserable and wants to quit but can’t. One star is more than this place deserves.
Long wait, very short handed. But when i tell you they were still the nicest small bunch ive ever seen working together. Usually people are super stressed, back biting, screaming and making scenes and letting everyone know how much they hate work. These people were pressured no doubt but handling it well, still friendly and the food was hot and delish. We didnt have that kind of time to wait but because we did they made it all worth the wait!
Just left the IHOP in Covinton. The pancakes were awesome. I will definitely be back to get some more. Waitress was nice as well. And the bathroom were clean too.
Great little restaurant. Staff is friendly, the restaurant and bathrooms are clean. Our server - Cherylen was super friendly. If you like IHOP, this is one of the Good ones!! ❤️
Our waiter was awesome- sauce. I have never seen my boyfriend enjoy himself that much during brunch. He enjoyed it even more so when our waiter birthday was the same day as his. What knocked the ball out of the field was that the waiter's buddy's birthday was also in April. I was out numbered by Aries. We loved our waiter and the fact that he made sure my boyfriend and I enjoyed our time. I really hope that our waiter enjoyed his birthday too! I would give him a shout out if I knew his name. I'm pretty sure he'll know which customer wrote this. Keep up the good work guys! We'll be back most definitely! ??
Our waitress was polite and prompt. But it doesn't appear that the prices have really escalated for the food you get. There was 9 of us. so of course half of us got our food kind of cool and other half got their food kind of warm.
Food is typically great waitresses are typically overwhelmed... As they were this morning the hostess on the other hand was engaging and had the appropriate people skills needed for the job as I watched her de-escalate and care for both mine and the previous customer in lines issues & attitudes... Hard quality to find for employment these days
I’ve never left a review for anything. so I’m really unable to articulate what I need to convey. all I know is that the towards the end of my meal, the texture of the chicken changed. I spit out what was in my mouth. And took a look at the chicken to see what you’re able to see. Devin needs to be suspended, not fired.
The food was great, the service was fast and I think we had the best waitress ever!! Awesome place to get breakfast
