Let me tell you something about five guys. They are the best most consistent fulfilling anytime burger fries and shake spot on the map. I eat 5 guys 2 to 3 times a week the staff is nice the kitchen is clean the burgers and fries come out exactly how you expect it too. They taste the best. And the prices are same as any fast food restaurants except here it's all real beef real potatoes cooked in front of you and it's better for you.Yea five guys is ? ?
Ate here 2x now, the first time it was ok... Food was sloppy but better than what you get from McDonald's, but overpriced.But after the 2nd and last time i will ever eat here, the workers are hella rude here. They are not friendly when ordering and you can hear them talking about the female coworkers and female customers negatively and disgustingly. Its not a friendly place over here...Most places get 3 chances with me, this place ends at 2. I've never have had a good experience at a Five guys before and this one isn't any different.Be Ready to Force Tip!!! Its a thing here.
Food was good but that hidden tip is not. I should not be made to leave a tip when I order just to pay for my food. It would not let you finish the transaction without the tip and it has a minimum tip with no options for zero tip.
Wasn't bad overall. Food wasn't bad, service was decent. A bit overpriced , but not alot. It's a better burger than most chains, and you can see them make your patti.

2/20/2022My arrival was around 11:30. The place was not crowded. The floor was clean and the place generally neat. I sat at a table and realized it was a little dirty. I moved to a cleaner table. With so few people, it would have been a great time to check for cleanliness on the tables. Cause the noon after church rush was surely coming. I ordered a burger with my favorite selection of toppings. That included grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and jalapeno. I did not find the jalapeno very strong, but otherwise the burger was very good, though not cheap. It was juicy and well wrapped. It took longer than I expected, but then several of the items I added were grilled and that does take time. The drink selection is about as good as it gets including selections of Coke Zero that I did not remember seeing anywhere else. I did find the drink menu board strange. I only noticed a large and medium. You can't have a medium unless you have three size selections. Would have been much better to have the drinks listed just by ounces in the cup. If you want the best and are up to paying for it, this is about as it gets in the area for a chain restaurant.
This Five Guys was open for indoor order and seating. Food was good and quick. The Five Guys in Slidell waited till I got to the order counter to tell me I have to order online and they'll bring the food outside. I went somewhere else! Slidell needs to wake up they not only lost My order but several others as well.
Never a bad experience here. They specialize in burgers for a reason. It's truly a great burger.
Second time missing most expensive burger in our order. My husband once again without his paid meal. Will not answer phone for me to notify them. Although their burgers are delicious, the customer service is not.
First time trying this place and was impressed. Staff was friendly wait was not to long and the food was excellent. Will definitely go back.
