I order a frappe and the lady misunderstood me and gave me a iced coffee. Instead of her making my order right she had felt more of the need to fuss and argued with me about how wrong I was about the order I have made at that time the manager walked up and fixed my order but it still wasn't right so I just took it and left to keep confusion down and plus they had other customers in line I don't understand why she felt she had to win a argument about my order .... so if you go there be ready for a good fight if your order is not right....i just can't believe that happened to me i don't want to even go back anymore
One of the best DD I have ever been through from New England to the south.
Don't always expect to get what you order. Glazed munchkins had literally one drip of glaze on each. The maple sugar bacon croissant did not have any maple sugar.0
Almost every morning that I have went there I had always something missing and had to go back inside to get it. I was the only one there in the drive-thru and even when they read out the order aloud they still failed to give me my whole order while bagging it lazily. The staff there is disappointing and lazy and need to straighten up

Went on on Saturday morning no customers inside. Waited more than 10 minutes then asked for service. I was treated as a disturbance rather than a customer. Place was filthy. Wanted to sir with my coffee. Not one area had been bused. The floor was disgusting. If I ever go back I will add photos. Needs new management.
I’ve always had good customer service here. However, their coffee only tastes good sometimes. Sometimes it tastes burnt and other times it just tastes disgusting. & i always get iced coffees with a lot of flavoring and i can still taste the nasty taste over that. it’s like dirty water and coffee.
So happy to have a Dunkin on this side of the lake.
