I’d give them 5 stars for the pizza, and the guy I spoke to inside, but my goodness I went to pick up a pizza the other day, and the Driver getting out the lot, was RAGING and screaming obscenities, and in front of my 3 year old ?It was super univiting, and from what it sounds like she’s always angry. It’s a shame and I hope she isn’t there anymore. I doubt thats the environment they want at their store.
Used the “future time order” feature at this location for the second consecutive time. It’s offered on the phone app. Unfortunately, it obviously bears no relation to actual delivery time. I ordered at 10:00 for an 11:00 delivery the first time and at 7:30 for a 9:15 deliver time the second time. I called them both times when the order had not been delivered by the time promised and they told me 30-45 MORE minutes BOTH times. I asked for some kind of discount based on my inconvenience. I was met with, “We can’t do anything.” No compensation whatsoever! I order 2 to 3 times a week from this location and consider that to be an unfortunate reflection of how they treat their regular customers. Perhaps Pizza Hut is a better option.
Waited about two hours for delivery of five pizzas to a business. Called and was told they didn't know how much longer before we would get our order since they were short on drivers. We cancelled the order but the driver arrived just as we hung up the phone. He sat in front of the business for about five minutes without making an attempt to inquire if we might still want the order since we had just cancelled. Today, I called a manager named Lauren to complain about the poor service. She made it sound like it was our fault for not chasing the driver to get the pizzas and promptly hung up on me. These pizzas went back to the store to be discarded or given away. They could have been given to us or offered at half-price as a token of appreciation for our inconvenience since we order from this location on a regular basis. We would have even paid for them at full price. We will never order from this store again and I will make sure this service is reported to the proper supervisors of the manager.
It was excellent. They always have great deals that are much better than their competitors. The staff is always friendly and the pizza is always delicious. Plus they even do the $3 tip thing which makes their pizza dirt cheap. I really like this location and their staff.Thanks Domino's for being so awesome. You have become my weekly pizza place, and will see me again in the upcoming week.
Went to order online .. was one price.Yet online said my area was out of their delivery range.Called to place my order and it was 9 bucks more.When I asked why. They said changing from Red sauce to BBQ was a 3rd topping.Yet the app lets you select the "Base sauce "Asked for a manager and they also claimed BBQ was a 3rd topping.North Covington Location.What I wanted was a BBQ pizza with Chicken and Pineapple. Thats a sauce and 2 toppings.The young lady manager was really rude.Was not Mike or his wife.. they would of made it right.

Rude customer service. Food was ice cold when I called about it they told me they could only give me a credit on the food that was wrong. They refused and hung up on me. Manager refused to even talk to me. Called back and when the caller id showed my name they hung it up. Waiting a hour for a pizza to be ice cold.
Every time I order from you guys it’s always perfect and it gets to me usually under 30 mins I’m very pleased with you all thank you very much for some great tasting delicious pizza. Keep up the great work guys.
