This location is horrible. Always takes forever for terrible over cooked pizza with hardly any cheese. This is the pizza that was just delivered and took an hour, I haven’t even had a piece.
Ordered extra sauce, mushrooms, peppers. Barely had any of it on the pizza. Very frustrating paying for it and not getting it.
Let me just start off by saying this isn't the first time I have had this issues. Every time I order I have to tell them to make sure to pop bubbles while in the oven. I also have to ask them to please make sure the pieces are evenly cut. Also when we order wings we have to make sure they are sauced before leaving the store. Tonight I placed my order and it said 45 minutes til ready. It was an hour and 15 minutes later it was done. while I was they I asked that they made sure there are no bubbles in the pizza and that it was cut right. When I got pizzas they were all cut uneven peices and bubbles all over them. When I asked if they could remake one out of the four they told me to eat it and taste the same. I asked for my money back and they said no we can give you a credit. I was like really. How rude. On my order it says I want it cut. I even confirmed it before the pizzas came out the oven. The manager and the assistant manager began to yell at me and said either take the pizza or leave. They we so rude. didn't even give me the ranch for my wings. I had to ask for it. and the girl at the register throw them at me. The manager claimed they are doing the best they can and that they were under staffed. there were 7 people working. I worked for dominos and the store I worked at only had 4 people on Friday nights. they weren't under staffed. anyways. The pizzas are for two kids who are on the spectrum. If they see the bubbles or the not uniform cuts they will not eat the pizza. I Let them know that it wouldn't be such a big deal if my kids werent on the spectrum. but I even confirmed they would be cut the right way and she said it would be. I will not be ordering or visiting this store again. my kids eat pizza 2 to 3 times a week.

Toppings were not distributed evenly. Otherwise they were good, hot, and delivered quickly.
We always love ordering from Dominos but it's discouraging when you order a pizza and the dough isn't cooked. We usually have great experiences when ordering so we will continue to order, just hope that the pizza dough isn't raw again.
poor guy was running the show by himself, but he was doing a fantastic job. my pizzas were ready when i got there (granted, i was 20 mins late due to traffic), and he greeted me as soon as i was able. he was cordial, grabbed my food, and then i was on my way.
So very sad they no longer deliver to Madisonville west. We enjoyed Domino's for so very long, now I feel like we are kicked to the curb!
This is the BEST BEST dominos. The pizzas are ALWAYS picture perfect. And if u order double toppings of something they ACTUALLY give it to u. I will not order pizza from anywhere else. I now have other people ordering & going to p/u pizza from this domino's b/c they were so impressed. Keep up the great work.
