Again, passing through and stayed the night. Clean room. Not a bad experience but didn't take pictures this time. Rhonda was excellent while checking us in.
A decent hotel. Stayed one night in spacious room 301. Room had a funny smell and there was black mold on the air conditioning vents. Peaceful landscaping in the rear courtyard.
I've been staying here several weeks a month for the past 6 months. The staff (especially the manager at front desk and 2 ladies at the bistro in the morning) always made me feel at home. Amazing customer service. They do a great job at making their customers feel welcome.
I love the staff, our room was very clean and the hotel position is amazing. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the breakfast is not included but other than that we had a great time in the hotel.
Our entire travel baseball organization stayed at this hotel. The room was clean and staff was friendly. The area is safe. However, …..the air conditioners are clearly set up to shut off before reaching the programmed temperature . Although the AC read 69 the room temp was defiantly in the mid to high 70s. We stayed two nights in two different rooms on different ends of the hotel on different floors same situation. A complaint was made after the first night and we were told, “well I hope you don’t get that room again”. If you prefer to sleep in a cool room this is not the place to stay.
Great Courtyard and the furnishings were new. Great bed! Also the area around hotel was beautiful and easy to walk around.
The hotel is very nice. Wonderful staff. But the cherry on top? Denzel in the kitchen. That man has cooking down to a science. If you stay here, you have to eat the bistro. If you don't, you'll be missing out BIG TIME.
They have the best old fashioned ever, come here and you will not regret it. The hotel is great the food is amazing and so is the breakfast. Only place in Covington that I would recommend Thanks Ellen and Denzel.
I felt at the rate was a bit expensive. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was horrible in the shower. Coffee station in the morning was adequate but I was not impressed.
Karesa was a excellent host, I was well taken care of by her and the Robinson the bartender were awesome and always made sure I was taken care of. I look forward to coming back next time that I’m in town for business.
