Excellent Food Excellent Service

Great place to go eat,Service is great,Pretty decorations,Staff is very polite and helpful.Food is also great.?

Copeland's has a good menu with lots of options, and I thought is was good. The wait staff at the bar and in the dining room were awesome. Even the hostess was super friendly. The food came out fast, just as we ordered.

Ordered spinach and artichoke dip from here. Got potato salad instead. Hostess laughed and said “it happens” when I called

First time, awesome dinner date. The crawfish bread was to die for. The spinach and artichoke dip was very good. Our entrée was the crawfish fettuccine and the noodles were a little hard. Also the fried "bowties" that came with the artichoke dip were hard and were not better than actual tortilla chips instead. Otherwise, great atmosphere, awesome people and super location. We also tried the strawberry cheesecake and was outstanding.

I wasn't sure what to expect (we're from out of town). I just knew I wanted some Cajun cooking while in Louisiana. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a very nice restaurant. The Gumbo Ya Ya was excellent, as was the Shrimp Ettoufee. I had their Peach Cobbler to top it all off. If we were from the area, I think this would be a regular destination.

I lived around Copeland's most of my life but just never go there. Decided while out of town today to try this one. Overall it was pretty good. The sweet tea is trash. I was really sad that this is a southern eatery with tea like that. I ate the seafood platter. The shrimp was pretty good. Mild flavoring but it was there, the shrimp itself may not have been perfectly fresh but it was still okay. The catfish was basically little nuggets. The breading was soft borderline soggy. It was in no way crunchy. But it did taste okay. French fries were really good. Actually. The crab cake was phenomenally good.I'm glad I got to try it finally on someone else's dime. I'm not sure it's worth the hype but it is good overall.

Brought my wife and 2-daughters to lunch at Copelands in Covington 2/12/22, normally a favorite place to dine, my daughters had gumbo, one a cup, the other a bowl. the bowl had the same amount as the cup, just put in a oversized bowl. Taste was good. Wife had Shrimp & Tasso pasta, good taste & flavors, but very small shrimp. Also, pasta, some cold, some hot. I had the new salad Louis, size looked like a house salad, maybe 10 or 12 popcorn size shrimp, small amount of crab meat that had a different texture, very disappointing experience. In the past I have always enjoyed Copelands, but felt i had to critique for the good of the restaurant. By the way, waiter & service were great. Gene

We had dinner here tonight to celebrate my dad’s 81st birthday, & we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves tonight. Food was delicious & our waiter Evan was AMAZING!!!! Very personable, attentive, polite, & great food recommendations!!! … He even brought my dad a birthday treat ❤️…we will definitely eat here again, and will be requesting Evan of course!!!… Thank you for making my dad’s birthday a memorable one!!!

Drinks and cuisine were amazing. Came back the next day just for dessert! Grade A++ chocolate cake and cheesecake. Blue crab was especially delicious!
