Super place to hang out, have a beer, eat, listen to good live rock music! Bartenders and staff are all friendly and fast. BathroomS are clean, parking easy. Hope to get back soon.
Awesome band when we were there 04/02/2022. Bar itself was nice. No long waits for drinks is a plus and there was a crowd.
Drove 2+ hours to watch a good friend perform here, only to be greeted by 2 extremely rude bouncers. Couldn’t even get a word across without them yelling that they’re at capacity. Tried to wait around for people to leave so we could take their spot, but we were just told to leave by the bouncers. Come to find out they were letting new people in just after we left. Awful service, plus you could smell the mold from outside the doors. Not a very clean place, and with extremely rude staff. Do yourself a favor and find live music at ANY other bar in Covington. You’re guaranteed to have a better experience than if you went here.

I’ve been to Taproom twice now. First experience great; second experience -5 stars if I could rate that. Bartender (blonde short curly hair) was unbelievably rude. I bartended for 5 years and I would’ve never spoken to a guest the way she did me, and for no reason. Maybe some emotional IQ or customer service training can be revisited with her.
Location, location, location! Honestly, it's a bit unfair to dock this place any stars on its own merits, but I do - not because of the drinks, which are good, and not because of the food, which is above average, but because of the clientele and resultant atmosphere. I'm unsure why, but as of late there have been several nights that the bar has been 'rougher' than I'd like.
