The location was extremely clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The games and rides all worked. The pizza was pretty decent as well.Tip: Go on the weekdays to avoid crowds.
I decided to bring my kids here a few weeks ago Keep in mind my kids are two and four. One of the games was messed up it was a paw patrol game and my four year old he started to cry and throw a tantrum. So I got the game room worker to see what was wrong, after he fixed it he kept making rude remarks about my children and was making inappropriate comments about other peoples kids, complaining about the children and making inappropriate racial comments to himself under his breath. so after my kids played games for like 30 minutes I ordered me a medium pepperoni pizza. So the thing that tells me when my food was done goes off and I got My food , I sit down and I had took a bite then had a piece of dyed purple hair on my pizza which is disgusting. the workers who cook the food should wear hair nets if they don’t already . After that I just threw the whole thing away and left at that point.I will not return back to this Chuck E. Cheese after seeing how the employees there treat the paying customers and kids. I will not bring my kids to a place with workers who act like this I don’t want my kids in that type of environment. All I’m saying is do better Chuck E. Cheese
As always the kids had a blast this location is a huge upgrade compared. To the location previously closed down in Slidell. Although we can't just drive around the corner anymore we enjoy all the games working and 3x more games at that. The food is better the salad bar was fresh. The staff was friendly. My Stella enjoyed her first birthday with y'all so much we came again we enjoyed a visit in the 20th. And returned on the 22ns with more family and friends to continue Stella's first birthday celebration .. great job guys
As a parent of a special needs child it is always a challenge to help them celebrate their birthday in an inclusive and compassionate environment. There is not enough words to describe how welcoming and supportive of the staff at Chuck E. Cheese. They understood her limited vocabulary and sensory needs. They went well out of their way to accommodate her. Our party host, Jayla, was absolutely fantastic and she is the reason our child had such a great time. She never made my daughter feel different and stayed with her the entire time. Lastly, my daughter loved meeting Chuck E. Cheese and he was exceptionally patient and friendly with her. Our child was interested in a stuffie we did not have nearly enough tokens for, the staff gifted her the item. We will definitely be back. This was her first actual party outside of our home and they absolutely made it a memorable experience.
Every time I come here the same thing happens. Same blonde girl at the front is very helpful. 2-3 others are standing around doing nothing and watching the other girl do everything.
Best place to play games for kids!!!! We love it!!
A fun place to take the grandkids. Lots of games for them to play. The pizza is very good too! Always a great time.
Charles Entertainment Cheese is a much more laid back experience than when I was a kid. But my kids don't know any better and had a blast.
great staff, very attentive, clean and dependable
Super clean , all employees were nice. We were check before we left so that was nice to see that they go beyond to make sure no child is kidnap. Cons: it's a little expensive. We were sad to see that the play ground was taken down.
