Rachel is the best! I had so much fun hanging out at the bar and chatting with her while I enjoyed my meal and drinks. Also the best thing on the menu is always the Southwest Eggrolls.
Don't apply to work here. I was set to have a second interview, but when I showed up the manager was not there and told me to schedule for another time. No apology for the inconvenience on the manager's either. One of the employee's had to tell me she wouldn't be showing up. I get things happen. That's life, but to not communicate with me about rescheduling shows a lack of professionalism. Management issues are a no go for me. There are many great places to eat Tex Mex food in the Northshore area. I suggest trying somewhere local unless you can't resist the urge for their Bacon Ranch Quesadillas, which is understandable.
This Chili's has gotten about as bad as it gets. Dirty, slow, people who come in bring their own music and staff doesn't say anything. It should just become a take out.
Really enjoy the ribs they were so soft that it easily came off the bone UFF ? I finished the whole thing! Our server Jesse, he was nice and attentive to our needs. Great customer service over all ??
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! First off, it took 30 min, and it's not busy. Ordered a kid quesadilla. It came burnt and harder than tortilla chips. I was told "that's what they come like". Um....they shouldn't SNAP and have burnt cheese on them.Ordered a Buffalo chicken salad "without blue cheese" -- it looks like they tried to scrape it off in the kitchen or something--unsuccessfully, I still got a nice big bite of it.Usually you can pick around stuff, but not when it's stuck onto chicken in Buffalo sauce.
What a pleasant surprise! A Chili's restaurant that isn't filthy, muggy inside and has great server/bartenders! Best Chili's I've attended and will certainly come back.
My steak was so dry I didn't even eat it. Everything else was good. The egg rolls and baked potato soup are my favorites. Our servers were great and it was a good lunch. Really disappointed about my steak though.
My meal was quick and the staff was very helpful. Rebecca was wonderful and offered recommendations of drinks I didn’t think about. I had an issue with one of my drinks and she was very pleasant to talk to and replace it ( I don’t like complaining)
Good food , but hated the large trays . Everytime using a fork to get food it makes the annoying bending aluminum noise . Finally had to slide the paper off and put it directly on table. Fries was delicious but are skimpy with them . For the price should give more fries . Burger was on point .
Beware! The new GM is forcing wait staff who have COVID AND have symptoms to come into work. She doesn’t care if you get exposed to the virus. Profits over people should be their new slogan. My nephew called in sick because he had symptoms and his doctor told him not to go into work. He got fired, despite having a doctors note. Chili’s Corporate knows all about it and doesn’t care. Chili’s HR knows about it and doesn’t care. The Louisiana Health Department, on the other hand, told me in no uncertain terms that having a person, who has tested positive, serve you food is a violation of numerous health codes. Is a cheap meal worth getting COVID?
