They are always talking amongst themselves at the location on Hwy 190 in Covington while I sit and wait for my order and watch them dilly dally around!! And usually with a manager at that!!! Argh!!
As usual the food was great and the workers were quick and polite. This is always how my visits go and to date they are the absolute best of all the fastfood joints I go to. Well it's a tie between them and canes. There's not one other that can hold a candle to either of the two.
If there could be a bad chic fil a, this is it! Service is unorganized and Ssslllooowww. They give you incorrect orders, take them back, and bring to another case. The other 2 in the area run like clockwork but this one has always been bad.

I had gotten where I wouldn't go to Chick-fil-A anymore because it the food had gotten so bad. This was the best chicken biscuit I've had in a long time. We'll go back.

Fast food, blah, since the pandemic, I have avoided the "burger joints" because they turn me off. I rather go "hungry" then to eat anything from these places. I won't go into any details but you know what I mean.There is one shining gleaming ray of hope out there and that would be "Chic Fil A". There is a discipline to this company that runs through all of their outlets. Personnel, clean and neat, Stores, clean neat, Food, good look and good taste, and if you are a Diabetic, like me, I have noticed that there is no food additive "blow back" when I take my sugar levels on the next go round, that is very important to me. I have been to several of their locations lately, and they are doing an amazing job with their resource. Their personnel is what I consider their best accomplishment. Neat and clean, no outrageous body piecerings and good looking uniforms, here are your future business leaders, smiling and working like they are having fun. Mr. Cathay, wherever you are, welldone, welldone.
Love Chik Fil A... Honestly I do. Would love to give 5 stars but after reading the sodium content couldn't with a good heart do that. Taste 5 ⭐'s!! Sodium content: 2 ⭐:s maybe 1 ⭐ ,lol. Lots and lots of sodium. Taste can't be beat though. If your heart is healthy and it's just a treat.....go for it. It's delicious.
Great customer service and patient! Feeding a family of six comes with challenges and not everyone wants the same things. Its nice to know when we get to order, the employees here are nice and attentive! +++++
