They are always getting the orders wrong and customer service is horrible.

Very fast service. The food was fresh, and the staff was polite.

Our local franchise used to be a cut above the other fast food choices available. Within the past year or so, service and food quality have both become somewhat uneven. There no longer seems to be continuity of staff and the rapid turnover appears to be affecting everything at this location.

Just got a Dr Pepper from drive thru and got home and it tastes awful. This location does not answer the phone either. Terrible

Tired to order in the drive through sat at the speaker trying to order for 5 minutes no one would respond.

10/29/21 @ approximately 7:30 pm we drove up to a line up of around 9 cars in the window service lane. I began to notice it took 3 to four minutes for each customer to pay and receive their order. I eventually rolled up to the "order board". A woman's voice spoke through the speaker, "Can I have yo oda"? I gave my order that included 2 iced teas. The order promptly showed on the monitor.(A service B.K. has so the customer can verify their order has been recorded accurately.) I immediately noticed that the lady had entered Cokes, not the iced tea I had requested. I spoke to to order board microphone, "Excuse me. We ordered iced tea, not Coke". The voice, (carrying an aggressive tone) quickly responded, "I know! You ain't give me time a to put it in"! She the corrected the incorrect entry to reflect my order as I had requested. Finally, I arrived at the window. I paid by debit card, received my meal, and drinks. I then looked for my proof of purchase receipt. I didnt see one. I then "politely" asked for a receipt. The woman shook her head in obvious frustration, and began to hammer keys on the touchscreen, mumbled something, and turned away. I didn't roll forward. I again asked for my receipt. The woman said, "You ain't gettin no receipt. It ain't workin".I said, "Lady you shouldn't be so rude to your customers. Do you understand me"? She gave me an ugly stare, closed the transaction window, and turned away.The food was good. The food was fresh. But this woman who worked the service window ruined the experience. I am hoping someone whom is her superior, or the franchise owner reads this review. This woman needs a major attitude adjustment, or find a new career...maybe a trainer for junk yard dogs.

So I went here for dinner and when I asked to come to the window, they ignored me then coming back 5 mins later saying they didn’t have any meals and it made my son angry, not the best location. Food was good tho
