Worst experience ever at this establishment they don't give receipts so when they screw up your order in there drive thru only Burger King you are just stuck with something that you want eat. I think they need to go to customer service training ?. I order a double whopper with cheese no mayo meal at 2115 thru the drive and ended up with a double whopper with bacon and jalapeños on it in a rain storm
Drive thru has the worst customer service. We waited in the drive thru for over 25 mins and no one helped us. We kept saying hello so someone could hear us and still no response. Worst Burger King ever !
They were decent but the drive through speaker and microphone doesn't seem to be working well. We had to repeat multiple times. They did fry up a fresh batch of onion rings for us but this meant we had to pull up and wait a while and they forgot the ring sauce when they brought us the food. We specifically asked for the sauce when we ordered.
Terrible treatment of a customer. They are more worried about manipulating the order timer than getting my order correct (one order of mozzarella sticks) and speaking respectfully. I pulled up to the window and before I got there she waved her hand and told me to back up. Why do I have to back up? “Because I said so”…. So I went elsewhere!
This time....."this time" the staff was friendly and no ebonics were spoken. The whoppers were hot, and fresh. The fries may have been the best I've ever had at any Burger King. I wish I had remembered the exact time and day this happened. Because my GF has picked up meals twice since I've been there. And lemme tell ya... the food quality went back to what were are "unfortunately" accustomed to getting from this location. It's my opinion that the management is to blame for the erratic quality that is served.
If I could give a negative review It would be warranted. I have so many negative experiences at this location. They are rarely able to take business at 6am which is when they open, their display on their drive through is broken so it always looks like the drive through is not in operation, I learned that after waiting at the drive through speaker for over a minute before driving up to the window. For some reason orders at the window are problematic and then the attendant was VERY RUDE, I even had to back up. All of this on top of the many other rude experiences that have occurred, I like BK food but this location is VERY POORLY MANAGED and has been for a VERY LOG TIME!
On this days visit (1-15-22), I have to give it to the only 2 employees working. They did their best in keeping the business open and getting drive thru orders in motion. Thank you for your honesty and insight when I was to give my order.
Overcharged and they refused to give a receipt at the drive-thru window. Dining room has been closed for at least a year without sign on door indicating it's closed.
Worst service ever the attendant at the drive thru had a horrible attitude as I was just making simple requests. And even started being disrespectful as I was trying to order
The lady taking our order said that one burger was just like the bacon burger my bf wanted so he listened and ended up with a tiny burger with just mustard and ketchup on it lol not even any bacon or pickles, nothing. They did me right on my order at least. Decent place, just the lady shouldn't have been on the register imo
