Hadn't been in maybe 2 years because I was never that thrilled with their food, but it wasn't a disappointing visit. Not very thrilling either.Staff: great, prompt, courteous. 5/5 stars if I were rating just the staff.Dirty Dubs Tots: good flavor, but not enough toppings. If it had a lot more meat on it I'd be happier with the 11$ price tag on a tater tot appetizer.Cheese Curds: good enough for what they are, but they really are kind of plain.Boneless wings: about how I remember. Mostly breading, but cooked well. Sauces are exactly how I remember BWW sauces tasting.If I had a really bad itch for wings I might go back, but there is a much better option for boneless wings maybe five minutes away.
This was the first time me and my husband has ever ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We was very disappointed! We each ordered a 30 piece and they was so over cooked and dry that we didn’t even eat but 3 a piece. We will just stick with the hunt brother wings from the shell station. They never disappoint and are 100% better than the Buffalo Wild Wings. The only thing joyable was our waiter. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t even gave this 1 star. So disappointed and probably won’t ever try another Buffalo Wild Wings again!
One manager is very unprofessional. After my friends and I left the restaurant employee continued to go out of her way to get our ticket and post our ticket on social media so everyone can see. Bashing us for the tip we left, calling us names like a**hole. Extremely unprofessional and I will not be back. The picture posted of our ticket, also contained some of my friends banking information. Once again extremely unprofessional.
Rude, unprofessional, discriminatory From a dear friend: Had a very terrible experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Covingtion Louisiana tonight. Very sad day for us!! We’ve been living in the south for over 30 years and we have had two instance of discrimination at this facility. The first I charged off to short staff. Tonight it was very obvious that white customers that came in after us were attended to before us. My husband tried to get their attention 5 times - all of which were ignored. We eventually left the restaurant! What sad and unfortunate times we are living in these days!! When will we get to the place where we are all color blind and skin tone doesn’t matter. Yes, my friends- this is sobering!! Eyes wide open!
This location seems to be on a downward spiral. Each time I have visited over the last few years it seems that the service is more inconsistent and the food more subpar than previous visits. Today it took nearly 40 minutes for myself and a friend to receive an order of boneless/naked wings and fries, while the restaurant was less than a quarter full. While we waited it took some time before being offered refills and we weren't provided any updates on food. When the food arrived it was lukewarm as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time before it was brought out(weird since there was more than ample staff around the restaurant that could have run the food). There was an apology for "the wait" but only once we received our checks back after we paid and had been bounced between two waitresses. While I respect that staffing is a concern across the board, the continual degrading service speaks to a deeper issue beyond staffing. Unlikely to return here again.
This place has gone downhill have not been to this location in awhile but when me and a friend did decide to come for lunch we waited about 30-40 mins for our food which was just wings and fries pretty simple and they were pretty slow might I add no reason for the long wait time and even after waiting for food it was not even fresh and hot it was like warm at best like it had been sitting in the window for some time was not happy with service at all only saw our actual server twice throughout the whole experience never checked on us or informed us of why our food may have taken so long
Zero service waited over 1 hr and still never got my food do now come to this place !! It’s insane bad !!
How do you think it’s okay to serve bruised black chicken. I come here everytime thinking it’s going to be better but it’s not. This is horrible. I ordered 10 wings and out of those 10 wings 4 of them were black. Unacceptable
I hate BWW anyway, but we were traveling and stopped to watch the playoffs. We had our three kids with us. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us even though there were only 3 tables in the entire restaurant. Our server was really awesome, but after he brought our drinks he asked to take our order. We told him we needed another minute. He said no problem, his manager needed him to run to the dollar store to grab sugar and that he would be right back! Thank goodness he wasn’t gone long! However, no one came to check on us while he was out. Managers can take orders… I would have told the manager to wait until after our orders were taken OR told the manager to take our orders. Food was gross as usual. The only positive is that we could watch the game.
Everything was lovely. The beer. The food. The setting. Our waitress was extremely helpful and the staff seemed to be professional. Our food was hot when delivered. All in all. We had a great day
