Terrible,burger was cold asked for a cheeseburger but got no cheese.Service was terrible. I will never go back.
Simple menu with the classics. Burger, fries, milkshake, etc. Very affordable. They did have a long wait. Worth the char-broiled burger tho.
Really surprised.... are hopes were high..... then we got it and the cheese was ice cold, burger was hot for about 30 seconds till the cold cheese sat against it. But it was pretty thin patty and small. More cheese than burger.. Fries were hard and cold.
Instead of taking orders when they’re busy, they pick up the phone and hang up on you. So much for good ole buds broiler. Covington buds broiler is a joke. This is the 4th time I’ve tried and have had the same terrible experience. Food is awful if you are able to get through. Maybe they’ll get new management soon.
Not the same as I remember. The sauce taste different, the urges were blah.place seemed dirty and a guy walked in that I thought for sure was going to rob the place, scary. Over it

They cook your food right there on the spot. So good.
Do not come here! Two guys working behind the counter, both move slower than slugs. Walked in with 4 very hungry kids. Looked to be about 6 people waiting on food, one lady in front of me, and the phone constantly ringing. One man said he had been there for an hour waiting on his food. Lady in front of me was there for about 15 min, not even acknowledged. One of the workers stood there staring into oblivion while the other cut up apples. yeah no. Didn't order and didn't eat. wasn't going to waste my time. They need more people behind the counter so the 2 there do not become overwhelmed. that would be a good start.
been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks, coming from Slidell, they were closed every time. It was during open hours on the sign. won't be back.
Best burgers in town. I always get two number 4's. One with dat smokey sauce and one with dat chili.
