It's a but pricy but the food is amazing! Great balance, fun and interesting. SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT! One if the best desserts I've ever had was the apple cobbler.Good wines. Did not try any cocktails but the table appreciated them.
Totally a new up place to be seen and dine. The bartenders are exceptional. The UP place to go. Really " Top Draw'. Civilized and exceptional. The salmon Burger is delicious and savory. Style.
The service was outstanding! The food was okay. My steak was barely warm and for a ribeye pretty tough. French fries appeared to be frozen. My husbands fish was raw in the center. However, the key lime pie and deviled eggs were very yummy. Maybe they were just having an off night? With so many dining options around here we probably won’t be back.
Highly recommend. It's a beautiful, chill spot to have a fancy dinner. And by fancy, is the chillest fancy. You can wear shorts and still be dressed appropriately. A fine chef's menu, cocktails and dessert to boot! Friendly, decent service.
Food was decent. I had the Cuban Sandwich od it was different. The oysters were good. My wife had the Peanut Kale Salad and said it was good. My son had Grilled Shrimp Pasta and packed it to go to fix it when he got home.Craft beer selection was lacking but there were a few. The Old Fashion was good.
The service was excellent, the food very delicious.Boulevard was awesome. Our friend got the Hawaiian Ribeye, omg perfection. I had the Pressed Cuban Sandwich and it was delicious. My husband had the House Salad with crispy chicken, and our friend had the Slow Roasted Pork Chop with Mashed potatoes. My husband and I split some Roasted cauliflower. The service was excellent.
Incredible service, food & ambiance. The staff, from the manager to the bar tenders to the wait staff, are awesome. They all make you feel like you’re family and accommodate beyond anywhere I’ve ever been.
We really enjoyed our meal! I made reservations and was greeted by my name when I walked in at the Elmwood location. Our server was great at recommendations from the menu! I definitely recommend this location!
We had an excellent lunch at Boulevard American Bistro in Covington this weekend. I believe it opened about a month ago. We've been to the one in Metairie and I've been going to Houston's since I was a child. Our experience did not disappoint. Service was excellent. I actually prefer the decor now over the dark, low ceilings that many Houston's have. In the dining room there is a ton of natural light and the ceilings are very high. We started out with the grilled artichokes- highly recommended. Both my wife and I had the club salad with grilled chicken instead of fried- again very tasty and I'd recommend it. Lastly, we shared a piece of key lime pie. I'm a big fan of key lime pie so I was happy that their key lime was excellent. The crust was superb.
Had lunch there and it was good. By 12:45pm it was so crowded there was no place in the parking lot, so arrive early. The place is brand new, so everything is nice and clean. It has a very corporate/chain restaurant feel to it. It's a lot like a Zea's in type of restaurant and prices. Although everything is more expensive now, the same is here. I had the soup of the day, clam chowder. $9 for a shallow bowl. Had the Caesar salad, small w/ chicken, $15. So about $25 for lunch w/o out a drink. The soup was very good. Caesar salad too, a lot like the ones as La Madeline. Service was 'over service'. I think because it is a new restaurant the servers are trying too much, but also not the best. My friend asked for ketchup on his sandwich and it wasn't on it. Had to ask two waiters for it afterwards. Then the checked on us too much. It's nice to be able to eat and talk and not be interrupted too much. But they interrupted too much here.Overall pretty good for a upper medium priced chain restaurant, but really nothing too unique about the decor or menu.
