Stopped here for lunch not realizing they were in the process of closing down. Staff were wonderful and kind and the food was spectacularly delicious. If you find something you like from here and you're passing through they'll drop ship their amazing meats to you. 5 stars all around for the staff and the food and the service and the overall awesome experience. Meat (sausage and ground meat) were incredible!!! I brought my deer meat to three other places before and Bergeron’s is simply the best. I’ll be bringing my deer there from now on. Thanks to Cody, Eric and PJ for a great job and excellent service!!!!
Oh My Goodness!!!! Talk about the most friendliest and comfortable people to be around. I was told to come here from a member in my work club for food. I was not disappointed at all. The food was a lot for a very reasonable price. It was seasoned beautifully. There’s a lot to choose from be it hot, refrigerated, or frozen. You can’t go wrong getting your food from here.
Glad we were able to stop in before heading home to SC! Had to get our Boudin fix! Also bought some house made cracklin !
Super cool butcher type place. They have all the Cajun type things and the quality is always good. The staff is friendly and was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction for something they didn't even sell.
Just moved to the area, and came across this business by accident. They have a really big selection of Cajun favorites. I tried the Shrimp etoufee the other night and was blown away. It was restaurant quality food at home. It was delicious, and I will be back to try more things. Highly recommended!
28DEC21 update. Skip the fast food chains, do yourself and your family a favor and eat here. I bought two meat pies, a venison burrito and a smoked chicken sandwich. That first taste of the venison and my eyes rolled up toward heaven in culinary bliss. The texture, delicate dough and the blended flavors brought color and life back into my day in a hospital parking lot. Meat pie was a delicious indulgence and I didn't eat my wife's meat pie, although I was tempted. The smoked chicken had a lot of excellent flavor, but it needs something in it to keep it from getting tough/dried out.Parking is right in front of the business, I went at lunch and still found a place to park. It's also close to Lowes if you're on a supply run.Awesome selection of refrigerated pre-seasoned meat, pre-made sides and ready to eat food. Staff are very helpful. Chicken cracklin excellent. Some bacon wrapped good could be cooked touch longer for crisper outside. Meat pies are good, crawfish pies are ok.They definitely earned the fifth star.
Words can’t describe how this place is a meat wonderland. The smoked boudin is the best around.
