My favorite had always been the signature brisket burger. Now they only cook the patty well done. Totally ruined it for me. PLEASE go back cooked to request! Other restaurants do it, why not y’all?
We stopped in the early afternoon on April 26th on the way back from Bush, LA. The Brisket Burger was great --- I recommend it!! The price was right --- it's a really good value, is a huge meal!! The interior is decorated and painted super nice!!! All in all, it's definitely worth your time to explore the menu and experience Bar-B-Que Station. We ate at the Independence location! And we will be back... ?????
Worst service ever. 30 plus minutes for fries and there is only 2 people eating
The first time I went there, I ordered the pulled pork burger. When I got it I couldn’t believe how good it was! It does however take me a whole day to eat it because it is so filling. I highly recommend this place. I consider myself a hamburger connoisseur and I give this burger an A rating.
What a great hidden gem. Staff was great...but best of all was the chopped brisket sandwich and 1/2 baked potatoe. Brisket had a great flavor and the BBQ sauce excellent. Great prices for the amount of food.
The Barbecue brisket salad with Barbecue ranch dressing is to die for. It's sooooo delicious.
