Love the Greek gyros, but not the new hamburger. Staff was super friendly.
Their team is excellent. Great attitude and can manage their drive thru and food prep in good order. Keep up the great work.
First time we tried their curly fries. They were quite tasty and not over powered with salt .
Went on a lunch break thinking I'd save time. Little did I know it would cost me an entire day of productivity and unsatisfactory complaints from my workforce. This establishment Completely ruined my order and forgot half of the items . Still giving more than 3 stars due to the best service and food this area has to offer
I’m usually not a “Karen” type of person but I am extremely disgusted right now. Went through the drive through, came home to eat and drank half of my sweet tea and realized something was stuck in my straw… I looked into my straw and it was a small roach!!! I’ve literally been gagging and dry heaving I’m sick to my stomach. Never going to Arbys again.
Thank God I have an hour for lunch, because I got trapped in the drive thru for 35 min waiting on my order. Last time it was wrong so we'll see how this goes

Bought 2 separate orders this evening and my order was not right even though the receipt showed that I was supposed to get a beef and cheddar sandwich and a roast beef sandwich but I only received 2 roast beefs plus the curly fries container was not a large like I ordered either !!! Not happy.....

They got my order wrong. They got it wrong the last three times I just keep giving them another try. I ordered a classic roast beef and they gave me beef and cheddar and no arbys sauce
