Tbh I find the burgers mid-tier at best but they're banana pudding milkshakes we're pretty fire.Honestly have no reason to dock any stars so they'll stay a 5 unless they give me a reason to in the future.
All my food wasn't in my bag an my burger wasn't how I requested it to be this is the second time this has happened I stay 45minutes away I was so disappointed ? I just started back eating good I lost my appetite after my surgery an this didn't help at all
One of the workers walked out in the middle of her shift because she got a call that she had a sick child. The manager and remaining staff took her place and worked around her absence instantly. With no stress or nastiness. Our food was hot and cooked to order. The dining room was clean. We were traveling so chances are we won't go here again, but it was a good experience and I'd return if I was in the area again.
I tend to spend alot of time at this location because of work and I have never had a bad experience. I do not know who is running this place but they and every employee needs a raise! They genuinely making my hard days better!
I don't know what happened but whataburger used to be my favorite place and now it's just not worth the high prices.. the burgers used to be amazing and now they are burnt & the fries used to be delicious but now they are just plain. Wish they would start making the food how they used to 8 years ago. Wth happened? I'm sad now ?
Food was good, had the fish sandwich with onion rings. Have to say they have really cleaned up, when I lived in Texas, it was a greasy spot to hit after the bars closed. Food is really a lot better, although I agree with my partner - I do not care for limp fries. My sandwich and onion rings were really good and luv luv luv the Dr Pepper shake!
Spent more time waiting for order than should have and then they forgot what we ordered and had to go back in and get it. All I ordered was 4 shakes and they were way to sweet and couldn't even drink them.
Whataburger never disappoints!Although the drive thru line was crazy long, the workers moved the line very quickly, even as I watched large orders being passed out of the window to the cars in line ahead of me.I was very satisfied with the amount of toppings given to me with my avocado bacon burger, they’re the only fast food place who ever gives me enough tomato :)The service at the window was quick and friendly. never got my food. waited over 40 minutes. worst costumer service ever. I paid and waited in FRONT of the line and everybody got their food way before I did.
For years we have frequented this site for a really good burger. Our most recent visits, Once in February and again today was not good! Both times the burger, meat, bun and cheese were cold! Yes, cold! Not even warm. When placing our order we asked staff to be sure burger was hot. Warm would be nice. Now will have to find another fast burger place. Also, the floor is almost always very slippery? help!
