Would be 5 star but it takes sooooo long for the food to cook. I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only 2 other cars in front of me and this wasn't the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time. It's every time!
Been sitting in line for over an hour call the manager she said they were working as hard as They could pulled up to the window and all the young black girls are laughing And horse playing no wonder it took them over an hour at a fast food joint worst service ever
Great atmosphere and staff. Fast and friendly service. I will definitely be back to this location. A little extra gas will be worth it
Tried the new bacon double southern burger without the slaw. The sauce makes this soooo good. Will try again with the slaw!
Great food. I think the best whataburger I've ever ate it at by far. Good customer service also. These people here in bossier are lucky to have such good food!
When traveling I always enjoy a whatabuger. They haven't failed me yet. I had Whataburger with jalapeño. If you like a little spice it's good. I had the Dr. Pepper milkshake with it. It would've been better if they added a little of Dr Pepper flavor to it. Great service.
Waiting in the drive thru as the number 2 car for 15 minutes. No one spoke to him the entire 15 minutes before all the cars behind him left. 4 employees were inside and the process toke almost 30 minutes to get food as the second car in line. No one else was even inside.
Order a breakfast burger and no hash browns on it fries cold sizes all wrong didn't get my onion rings didn't put Mayo on my burger brinks was wrong they are the worst and need help we waited I don't know how long to order cars was driving off now I know why..

I ordered a bacon cheese burger and got a different burger. When I looked at the receipt and saw it didn't have bacon cheese burger on it. She said I ordered a #4 and it doesn't have bacon. Got home open up my burger no bacon not happy at all
