I ordered two kids meals with bottles of water. No waters.I ordered a southwest avocado salad...they gave me two...neither had avocado.I ordered a sour cream and chive potato....no sour cream.After they gave me my food and I stood at the counter trying to get the attention of anyone...no one had time for me.Not happy about this visit.
Food was fresh had a big order and the guy taking my order got it right the first time and was not annoyed.
Had salads inside. They were very good and fresh. We enjoyed them
O my goodness! Two Wendy's in a row. They locked the door in my face. 5 employees were sitting in the dinning room on their phones, at 4:50pm doing nothing and certainly not working. Whoever owns these franchises needs to wake up. Your staff is terrible and you need new management. COVID-19 is over and it's time to run your business like that you care about customers.
A bustling, lively, somewhat crowded restaurant (at least on a Sunday morning) where breakfast is served in a reasonable amount of time and the staff is on the ball, ready to serve up a waffle, omlet, pan cakes or whatever suits your palate.
My whole burger was cold and I drove from the window and took a bite and it was very cold very unsatisfied cheese was not even melted
The place was short staffed today. No one in line but me and the lady working would not take my order. Pure laziness. I've worked in the food industry. It's called put your big girl panties on and deal with it.
If I could give 1/4 of a star!!!! This place is sooooooo unprofessional! Went there on Saturday around 2:30 pm and waited 13 minutes in line behind another vehicle. Once I was ready to place my order I had to wait 5 more minutes and HAD to say HELLOOOOO. Once I placed an order for (3) $4.00 specials and (2) Biggie $5.00, pulled up to wait another 5 minutes to pay for the order. Got my order drove approximately one (1) mile (across the street really but anyways) this order was for my grandbabies and mom. NO RECEIPT given. The food was so old the cheese on the meat looked like it was from yesterday or the day before. My mom took a bite of her burger and almost threw up the meat was so dry. So I drove back with the food (drinks stayed with the babies) and requested to return this inedible food. I asked for the manager who was at the window with the cashier and was told "Your looking at her"...wow that's rude #1. And #2 upon asking for my money back she took my debit card and this took another 5 minutes (still no RECEIPT). Today is Monday and my $24.63 has NOT been refunded! I will never go back here! Staff all standing in the window looking and laughing as if something was funny about returning food. And the manager stated to the employees "Why would yall send food out like this?"... What the hell is going on with this store? Where is the competency of the management.
Don’t ever give the sauce I ask for . And order the party pack didn’t get any cookies like I was suppose to .
Arrived with two cars in front of me. Ordered and had to wait 10 minutes. Food was old, cold and sat out entirely to long. For the time I had to wait, the food should have been fresh.
