I ordered a baked potato with all the toppings. Very delicious. But the downside was I paid for a small drink. They had no ice in the restaurant. I could have managed. However the beverage machine was out of diet cherry coke. I tried 4 other Flavors every time it showed unavailable. I even tried regular coke. All I could get was clear Carbonated water. Totally unacceptable. Went and ordered a small chocolte frosty (it was good) I had to weight an unacceptable amount of time to get it. They were not busy. I saw 3 employees talking to each other. Another employee seemed to be the only one Interested in talking care of customers.
Dining room was filthy during our stop in. Out of ice & out of 2 salad options.Young lady at register was very kind.
Three stars. not because of employees, wait or service but because of management.Let me preface by saying, this place is clearly always busy. The "Karen" in front of me was rude as all get out to the gentleman at the counter and he just took the L and kept it moving. Took a while for me just to get my order in because there was three people just running around like they were getting paid well, we all know that's not the case.I think management is the one to blame for lack of staff and conditions that they are working in. Maybe if they had some actual AC(and Don't act like it's the temperature outside effecting the establishment, chic fila down the street can provide AC for their employees, pretty sure this corporation can too) there wouldn't be a high turn over and they'd retain staff. To that gentleman that was super nice to that old lady after she was so rude, more power to you, you need a raise.It's 2022, management needs to upgrade and stop being stingy and treat their workers fairly.
Fast and service has always been great. Hit or miss if you get fresh food but it’s never been terrible. One of the only places open until 1am around and also good service.
Ok food since its fast food. They forgot my chicken nuggets so I had to go back but they were kind and were to to fix their mistake
Their breakfast is the best out of McDonald’s and the other fast food places.
We were at Airline Drive Wendy’s drive thru at 2:40We were going to place our order when the driveThru employee got smart to us over the speaker.We drove off and she was at the drive thru laughing.I worked in the public all my life,,,, I never spoke toCustomers in that manner. Not Good ,,,
I don't usually leave reviews like this, but I have to. Went the through drive thru 3/8 around 10:30am. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a customer service employee in my life. "What can I get for you?" She asked and as soon as I opened my mouth to respond she yells "HELLO!"The entire encounter was unprofessional and unfriendly. I was shocked because I work in fast food as well. Y'all need to do better. It's not that hard to be professional to do your job.
Went inside to have lunch and it literally was a 30 minute wait in line to order. Food was out in about 7 minutes. Everything nice and hot. But, there was only one lady taking and filling the orders. We end up having to take our food to go. Since we wasted so much time in line.
Kinda slow for the lunch crowd. Food was good and hot though!
