Only the drive thru is open so I could only order outside. The employee took my order 2x and still got it wrong. I ordered chicken nuggets and had to ask for sauce again after I ordered at the drive thru. I was told by the worker I'd be charged "extra"! The manager on duty just handed me more. I was also charged for nuggets, no fries even though they asked what drink for the nuggets meal. It became clear they needed more workers but the few people there need to pay attention to details. It's not even that they were busy.
I ordered a salad ? on the Wendy’s app., git to the restaurant got my salad and the nuggets which were cold and wasn’t even on the order so she says, but the salad was all wilted and old was going to request a refund but she told me I had to go to them, which was the app she was referring to to do that so I just had her to remake my salad over! This was my first visit to this location I normally drop in on the gang on Airline and Viking Dr in Bossier but this one was right up the way from my new home. NEVER again will I visits this location! Manager was nonchalant about it. Whatever! I can withstand one or two pieces of wilted and soggy pieces of lettuce but we all know what happens with old lettuce! No thank you!!
Drive thru female voice was very pleasant. Once I got to the window to pay. I asked her if it was her, she said. I told her voice was pleasant. GREAT VOICE!
This is a very disorganized establishment. They r so stupid, they dnt even have the decency to put a sign on the door, on rainy day, to say, “only the drive thru is open.” So they would rather theirs customers get wet in the rain, jus to tell them they can’t come in…this place should b closed down
I just love Wendy's never been to a bad Wendy's in any city I have been in!!
Chicken nuggets were under cooked. Went back and they did replace but 2nd trip disappointing

Dont like the fact that i did a mobile order lastnight at 1:25am yall close at 2:00am and i made it at 1:30 and was told yall closed how ? when yall had 30mins left wit two cars already in front receiving they order make it make sense yall NIGHT SHIFT JUST LAZY AF ‼️
Absolutely ridiculous. At 4:40pm on Tuesday afternoon an employee came and closed/locked the door for dine in as we were getting out of the car for dinner. Whoever owns this franchise needs a new manager. COVID-19 is over and it's time to run your business like that you care about customers.
