While I was there the cook quick and left had a restaurant full of people still waiting on their food and no order was being put out a lot of people left I end up leaving also with no food worst experience ever staff is out of control management should do better in talking to its staff
My Husband and I loooove some waffle house the food is always delicious and the service is great as well we always get the all star with a pecan waffle with a double order of loaded hash browns on the side mmm..mmmm.good
Great food! Service was fast and friendly! This is how all waffle houses should be ran! Great job to the management
They locked the door and when I called I was told they only had one server and would not be open. Went to Dennys and Ate and when leaving I saw the same server with her friends inside of the waffle house. Will not be returning and as a waiter I'm disgusted by this poor work ethic.
Terrible service. Sat for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Restaurant wasn’t busy. Food came out quick but had a hair in it.
There were 4 customers there when we arrived. We stood by the window several employee., after making eye contact, without being acknowledged. So, we took a booth. Three couples came in, sat down or stood at the counter, place there order and we still were never addressed. We got up, left and went to Denny's. This is the second time this has happened without so much as a word from an emplyee. There won't be a third time for me. Apparently, they aren't going service white customers.
Service was not up to usual par. The Grill Operator had obviously NOT been trained in the "Waffle House" way of preparing food. Soft scrambled eggs were basically hard boiled...not beaten properly in a bowl, but in the pan directly instead (we watched him do this). Hashbrowns were so full of Lo-Melt they were not edible. The grease was literally "POOLED" in our plates. The only properly cooked item was my wifes' waffle !!! Neglected to obtain the Grill Operators name, but if we walk back in and he is cooking, we will not eat there !!!
It's a Waffle House, man. If you want some good eats quick and well cooked then it's hard to go wrong. The service at this location is stellar, no complaints from me whatsoever. Big fan of the cheesesteak melt.
It's a waffle house. I ate there at 1am for the grease and carbs to soak up the alchohol from a night out. It was exactly what one expects from a waffle house. Reasonably clean, quick, and polite. Food was well cooked and just the greasy carbs I needed.
Don't bother stopping they don't post their hours of operation. The curbside take out phone goes to an automated message that says they aren't taking orders at the location. They don't hang a closed sign. People steadly drive up and pull on door because no one knows they're closed.
