First time there and I used to say no one is better that smoothie king but I have now been corrected! Absolutely love this place!
How can anyone give this place or its employees a 1 star!? Let me start by saying this was our first time experiencing this tropical deliciousness! Immediately upon entry, we were welcomed by the staff. I informed the server, Faith, it was our first time. She was absolutely amazing! She provided recommendations and even worked with me around my allergies. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. I tried the Santa Fe ‘Dilla and OMG 10 out of 10 MUST TRY AGAIN!!! I also had the Kiwi Quencher (w/o strawberries because I’m allergic) which was also a recommendation from Faith and again, 10/10!!! The rest of the staff was amazing and very nice as well. I give this restaurant and it’s employees a 5 star ONLY because that is as high as it will go! (Give Faith a raise). We will definitely be returning!!
I really like this place. They used to have an amazing happy hour but don't any longer. Please bring back the happy hour. The staff is always friendly.
Faith was great. She recommended me and my fiancé smoothies and food! great communication, and great personality. Handled very well and in a timely manner. First time here. will be coming back!
I went through the drive through July 4th and ordered the baja chicken wrap. It was terrible. It had bland chicken, too much lettuce, cheese, MUSTARD, strips of red onion and salsa. Mustard and chicken do not need to be anywhere near each other. I paid $9 plus tax for some of the worst food I have ever had. The employees are super nice. They close at 7:30 pm and I was in the drive through at 7:20. By the time I got home with chicken wrap and realized I couldn't eat it they were closed. I haven't had free time to return it to see if I could get a refund but as of writing this on 7/7 the wrap sits in my fridge.
(Update): everything back in stock and a staple for fruit smoothies.(Old) Smoothies are spot on and the team always display great customer support. They are experiencing a shortage of some ingredients as all vendors are but the menu items are always worth the wait.
I usually go to the AFB location, First time at this location! Will definitely go back! Everyone is super nice! Inside is clean! I Got the Chia banna boost with strawberry and southwest wrap! They were great! 10/10
Food is ok. Not worth the price. Got the shrimp wrap, only got four small shrimp in the whole thing. Filled with nothing but lettuce. A bit of rice in the corner of the wrap and that was it. The maple potatoes are just a grilled sweet potato with the smallest amount of brown sugar sprinkled on, not fully cooked either.
I like this places. The Jetty Blue is excellent. The service was excellent also.
Food is just alright, smoothies are delicious, but there is only like 1 or 2 employees that are approachable and kind when interacting with them. Everyone else acts as though my business is inconvenient to them.
