It was decent - the food was great & it was clean. There were several nods at the Texas Gulf Coast & it felt like home. The waitstaff, though, were less than friendly...Please, also, know that we probably looked like we we were outta-towners, & I was just kind of excited about all of the NASA/Galveston County stuff on the walls. It was also, right after opening, so, maybe, we could've been an inconvenience. We got food, quite timely, & plenty of it. Our drinks didn't stay empty long, either. It was just, "another Texan. Great..." was how we felt.
The food was amazing!!! Our server was friendly, very thorough and checked on us frequently. It was busy as if it was Mother's Day, our visit was on Monday, June 13th around 7 pm. The hot dinner rolls with the sweet butter we're delicious!!! ? My husband and I are both store managers with big box companies so when the store manager stopped by our table to make sure that everything was OK and even shared some small talk with us we were very impressed with her and her staff. We had our 2 teenagers with us they also enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
My hubby took me here for Mother's Day and the atmosphere was wonderful, even while being packed for Mother's Day. I will say the only complaint I had was the A/C was leaking above a section in the bar area. The water that leaked down were falling into buckets sitting atop the bar area was a distinct urine-looking-color, and it was just unappetizing while you are sitting attempting to enjoy your amazing steak ?. Other than that, our server was awesome and knowledgeable, the food was on point, the drinks (with added fun-shot of liquor), was just really great.
0/10 had to cook my own steak when I got home with it. They don’t answer the phone, they didn’t have rolls. Time to shut down
I’ve been to plenty of Texas road houses maybe this don’t happen to everyone but I’m sharing my experience .. even after I left a tip the customer service was dry I didn’t receive any sauce and this is not chick tenders this is chicken bites i put this responsibility on this location only cause every other location was excellent at times

The service and food were amazing! My husband and I had a great dinner date there and really love all the appreciation shown for service members. God bless America and Texas Road house! Ice cold beer and hot fresh rolls with butter I would eat by itself if people wouldn't look at me crazy!
Service was awesome. However, I ordered a bone-in ribeye medium well but I received well down. I bit chewy but I made it work because I didn't want to wait on another one. Look forward to trying again soon
Love the atmosphere and the friendly staff. Food selection is great, but I think they could do a better job with quality control. My medium rare NY steak came out pretty well done, and the onion blossom seemed / tasted over-fried.
Took my best friend for her birthday. Customer service was terrible. I always receive great customer service from Texas Roadhouse. Today was unacceptable. My steak was burnt, chili had cheese hanging off the cup. Boneless chicken wings barely had BBQ sauce on them. The server didn't bring my Ranch sauce. It was horrible today.
