Every time me and my fiancé get food here we are asked to reverse back to a yellow pole so we don’t mess up their time, rather than them having our food ready when it’s supposed to be. I work in online grocery orders at my store, and we never ask customers if they can pull around and check in again so our time looks better. Last time we went on June 9th at about 2:50pm the woman working the window was rude, slamming the window after she gave us our food. This place lacks professionalism and having a friendly attitude to its customers, and also seems to be a lazy environment.
This location is a joke. I live close by so this is convenient but I swear to God they have more problems than any other fast food place. My thought is that it starts with ownership, then management. Both need to change NOW!!
I hate this one on barksdale. They close at 2am on saturdays and fridays and always try to close 2 hours earlier and when you try to say something about it, they ignore you. The night crew needs to be fired as there are many complaints about them doing this and not giving people the correct order.
If you come to this Taco Bell there’s a 50% chance you’re not going to be able to order, it’s either there entire system is down or they can only take cash. And for sure don’t put in an online order because there’s even less of a chance you’ll get that. If you love sitting in drive-thru lines and not eating, this is the place for you.
This Taco Bell should not even be in business anymore!! Twice this past month I've gone there for food between 1pm and 3pm and I was told they are closed until further notice. All other business in that area were opened. Tonight, we went again at 11pm, because they are supposed to be opened until 2am. But they were already closed, so we ate Burger King next door instead. I've talked to managers at other fast food places near them that have all said the same thing. This Taco Bell is opened only when they want and not when they should be. Sad!! We will have to start driving another 10 miles to Shreveport, just to go to one were the employees work.
I order crunchy tacos , when I got home check my order. The tacos are stale and cold , I tried to call no one answer the . The night crew are the ones , they constantly messing up orders .The morning crew are very good .
I remember getting a larger drink when I ordered a meal that came with one and I swear the chalupa used to be fried not soft, doughy, and cold. At least I got the onions I asked for on them.

Waited in-line at the drive through, for 15 minutes, and finally tried to place my order. The attendant informed me that they couldn't take orders at this time. I was forced to wait another 10 minutes in-line because the curb had me trapped. I spent all that time and couldn't even get a drink much less lunch! The moral of this story is stay out of Taco Bell lines unless you have a 4x4 to aid in your escape!
Don’t waste your time coming here. They never have anything you want. Couldn’t get large cups. Then Paid for a crispy chicken cantina box and they told us they didn’t have it anymore. Then they asked us what substitute we wanted and what meat. Told them we wanted chicken chalupas. They gave us beef, then wouldn’t switch the chalupas out for chicken because they “cost more”. Then why ask what meat I want on my chalupa?. Highly aggravated and won’t be back.
