One of the best Tacobell location in town. The only reason why I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because I went there one night and they where out of tacomeat. How is that.
It was late at night and their were a few car ahead of me. When it was my turn to order through the drive thru the cashier taking my the order didn't have an attitude. When I received my food she said have a good night. I said, "thank you." Also, the food was fresh.
The young lady was rude and rushing. She said she couldn't hear and told us to drive to the window. Once there we tried to complete our order and she refused to add anything else to the order saying she was unable to do so. We repeated our order 4 times before driving to the window and now you refuse to correct it...no apology just a well...RUDE and terrible service!
we ordered tacos with no lettuce and they all had them. we also asked for sour cream with some and got none. this is NOT the first time this has happened ether
Didn't really care for the food. Staff working really hard and fast.
Food was good service was ok. I ordered using the app and picked up in lobby. The app said my order was ready and when I got there they hadn't even started making it yet. I also had to correct the employee making it because he left off the tomatoes on a special order.
I had one of the nicest order takers.I like taco bell but tonight was outstanding!
Insanitary restrooms!!!!.... Says in door that all employees wash hands before returning back to work and that's false advertising./Statement.Clearly there's no hand soap for employees more less customers makes me as a client/buyer feel discustedImagine worker cleaning his or her private and having no ani batería soap to clean up after that's plan nasty ????????Please do something about this matter fast Tacobell in airline Bossier City Louisiana thanks in advance.
Inexpensive, nice size portions however traffic is crazy on airline
The lady at the window seemed very polite and very patient loved her personality I wish more employee is wherever you go be that pleasant .
