Went to this Subway with my buy one get one free coupon cuz that's how I do and anyway got the steak and cheese and with all the trimmings but what tops it off is the chipotle sauce and the sweet onion sauce. It was delicious!!!Also the staff was pleasant especially the friendly smiling girl.
The service for the last 5 times we have been there was not good. To top it off, when we order online, at a SLOW time of day with 4-5 people working, our order has been ready only one time.
When I arrived to this Subway, this night shift crew was just standing around and then when I went to order they asked me what bread I wanted, I told them, then they said I had to wait almost 30 minutes to make more bread. They should have been on that before it ran it if they had more in the back instead of standing around like they were. This has been the second time in 2 months I've dealt them having more bread but being "lazy" about making it. Terrible customer service skills.
eating here is an ‘expectation vs. reality’ experience
Never fails, almost everytime we have ordered from this subway (it us closest to our house) it is wrong. This time it was wrong bread on both sandwiches, not toasted, super cold (meatballs shouldn't be cold) no pepperoni on the pizza that we paid for, and hair in a wrapper. Disgusting. We order off the app so we know it is put in right and they always give it wrong and always get an attitude if we mention it to ask for them to correct it.
My cheese on my sandwich was cold. They tried to cram 3 sandwiches in the toaster at once. They put black olives on my sandwich despite me saying one with black olives and one without black olives. And the sandwich wasn't even good. So stear clear of this place unless you want to over pay for a sorry sandwich.
Bread was fresh and my sandwich was good! Employees are very nice and quick to serve you and very nice! I will be back!

Customer satisfaction is not a priority at this subway... I will drive 100 miles from this one to get to any other subway for a good experience ... manager do not take Customer seriously and very disappointed
They must have new people in there because everyone who touched my food messed something up. First guy gave me flat read when I asked for the Italian and was adamant that was the Italian. Dealt with it. He then chatted with another worker about how he is gonna quit so I couldn't ask him for a second item. Next guy puts spinach on my sandwich when I ask for lettuce. Had to correct him. Last guy kept putting my order separate from my wife even though we kept telling him we were together and wouldn't let me pay. Was gonna leave without paying then he figured it out.
