My coworker ordered DoorDash for the both of us. My sandwich came back all messed up. I even took pictures of it. I tried to call and they never answered.

They are really sweet. Clean and professional.However at night with highshoolers, who were also really nice, just a little slow. But sweet.
Traveling from NC, we stopped at this subway and the ladies there are amazing. They took care of us and one of the ladies went above and beyond for us. We shared our story and concerns driving to Dallas, she called her sister and asked her about the weather and the roads. Thank you for being so caring and kind. You made our day by spreading your kindness.
When I was half way done to order my subway, the cashier, Jennifer Alexis, asked me to insert my credit card. But right after I turned around to finish my order, she pushed the button and charged tips on my credit card and tore up the original receipt. When I confronted her and asked for a refund, she refused to do it talking about the manager was not there. I insisted on getting my receipt, she gave me a duplicate. I post this review to warn everybody keep eyes on your receipt, just in case someone in the store steeling your money for tips!!!To me, tips is ok but HER BEHAVIOR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
Couldn't figure out the app, so ordered regular. The girl behind the counter was nice but didn't listen. She was skimpy with the veggies and heavy with the condiments. My wife's bread literally melted from the oil , vinegar and mayo. The manager didn't know how to work the app either, so we missed out on the deal to buy one get one half price.
We love subway now the chicken and bacon ranch is the best for me they're all great

Italian herbs and cheese bread is the bomb! You can put anything you want on that bread!!
New guy was stingy with the turkey all i basically had was bread ranch & toppings to eat in a turkey blt. That I get all the time I was shocked!
