Don’t trust this location to make your sandwich correctly if you go through the drive thru! I didn’t order at the speaker because the workers couldn’t hear me. I pulled up to the window and placed my order. The gentleman who was working repeated it back to me correctly. However, when I got home my sandwich did not have any of my add ons/modifications that I paid for. I was so excited to try out the new line up of sandwiches that are on the menu, and they ruined the experience ?
I always love this subway! They take time to make the sandwich from end to end (I've had to ask other employees at other subways to stretch the food out so I'm not left with huge bites of bread only on both ends) and are always upbeat and friendly. The restaurant is always clean and everything stocked well. I normally stop here every other Thursday so I'm here a lot and to this date I have zero complaints
This location is the only location that knows how to wrap a wrap! The rest always roll em in a ball. Smdh. A guy with 1 arm(wearing a cast) did better than qny other location I've been to in Shreveport Bossier. The manager is super nice and professional. I'm glad the airline location was closed for remodel or I wouldn't have found this gem. 5 stars.

Very small portions. Asked for extra veggie didn't even get the regular amount. Not worth the money I spent
Good tuna sandwich
My son and his friend just left from there and their sandwich artist Jason took care to make good friend's sandwich nice and neat but on my son's sandwich his friend even witnessed how he just threw the toppings on carelessly and make it sloppy ( on purpose ).My son is black and the friend is white, as am I. He really felt like this was a disservice and I'm disgusted to think anyone would get treated different for the color of his skin.
Food good service slow. Manager did not seem to happy to be there even rolled his eyes at one point.
