Customer service was excellent but the breakfast sandwiches weren’t available and our coffee wasn’t at the very least decent. I asked for hazelnut cream and I received syrup.
The dude w the pony tail has an attitude no matter what day you go in there..He will look at you turn around and keep doing whatever he is doing. I refuse/avoid ever asking him for anything..
This location really needs to step it up. I placed a mobile order on June 5 at 7:59 for one drink. Surprisingly there was only one car ahead of me when I arrived. The cashier was super friendly. After leaving with my order I realized something was missing in my drink. I called and the cashier told me it would be remade. I arrived and waited a few minutes to get my order. Before leaving I checked my drink again and it was wrong. I circled back to drive thru and explained that my order wasn't made correctly again. The friendly cashier told the barista and she was adamant that she had included the missing ingredients. I tried to speak with the batista to explain to her what was missing from my drink but she ignored me. Then the cashier asked for the 2 cups I had from the two trips there and after checking both ingredient labels(tea bags) he confirmed that my order was wrong. I explained to him what was supposed to be in my order and he pointed it out to the barista. Finally she got it right and I left at closing time at 8:30.
The line at this starbucks takes forever. They need to hire more staff. Starbucks is known for being fast no matter how long the line is. This is ridiculous and frustrating. Im always late to work bc of them
Excellent customer service they were on top of everything. They were punctual and delivering our mobile order.
We paid in cash and the guy at the window just assumed we would be giving him a tip so instead giving us change he just kept it. Won’t ever be coming back to this location
Good place to use the bathroom. Lol. Super clean. The get a carmel frap to go. Can't go wrong!
I only went here because I had a gift certificate. Food was decent but the sandwich I got was way smaller than what it was displayed as and overpriced as usual. The staff was super friendly and very quick.
Carmel Frappuccino with extra Carmel all day long!! My absolute favorite!! Recommend everybody to try at least once
The coffees are always good. The staff is well trained and good manners. They get you taken care of as quickly as possible
