I called in to place a simple to go order for 2 strawberry bubble teas. I was 5 minutes down the road and on a time crunch. I wanted to call it in and have it paid for, so I could run in, grab and go. Unfortunately the lady or owner who answered the phone cut me off after requesting the 2 teas and rudely told me how she was not going to let me place that to go order because most people say they are on the way and show up 30 minutes later or don't show at all and she was not going to make them for me because she didn't know how long it would take me to get there. I tried to speak to let her know I was a few minutes away and in a hurry, but I was unable to because she hung up on me. I called her back and tried to tell her I was already on the way and that was rude of her to peak to me without letting me speak and she hung up on me again. I used to come here with my friends, I've eaten here often. I'll never be back after being treated like that over a to go order. I'll order all of my bubble teas from the Bubble Express near Barksdale and will get my pho and Vietnamese else where. She was so rude and so nasty towards me. I just can't believe a business owner would speak to a client that way over the phone and hang up.
Horrible experience never ordering from here again! One there business hours say they open at 11.. called at 11:15 and the lady says she doesn’t open till 11:30, but would still take my order and be ready for pick up at 11:40. My husband gets there about 11:50 to give them some extra time and the order still isn’t ready. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CUSTOMERS. He finally gets our food at 12:30. Almost an hour after they told me it’d be ready. Horrible customer service. They even mixed up our order at first. Gladly taking my business to the other pho place near them. Should of never given these people a chance. Save your time and money go somewhere else!
The oxtail pho and chicken fried rice were great!!!
This place has good food not going to lie, my family and I have been going for a few years now, service was good at the beginning, but now we haven’t had time to sit in and dine so we call in, and the lady she has in many occasions had attitude, seem upset all the time and never has a good customer service. She doesn’t makes me feel like I am welcome at all!

Some of the most incredible food in the SBC. Inside is renovated and does not look like the pics. Very affordable and large portions.
Worst customer service experience ever the lady in the front is rude as Hell. And the crawfish is just salty and overcooked, people save your money and find another place this is the absolute worst food and service ever!
This place is my new “Pho Home”. I have been to every pho joint in this town and this place is by far the most delicious pho. The owner is always happy to see me and I get my food quickly...
No basil, no mint, no pickled carrots. Just not very traditional. Not bad just not good. Service was alright.I don't think people in this region would appreciate traditional vietnamese food.Goodluck!
