I had to press button 3 times before anyone would even acknowledge me to order. I ordered 2 large strawberry shakes. It took several minutes and when the young blonde girl delivered them the shakes literally were runner then anything I have ever seen. I asked why it took so long and my shakes look like a glass of water and the young girl said sorry and went away. The shakes were $12.89 and we literally couldn't enjoy them at all. A waste of money and they didn't even care.
Love Sonic. This location consistently messes up my drink order, and today the “app was down” at this location. I pulled up and tried to order at the drive in, but they would not honor the coupon I had on the app. The gentleman on the speaker also had difficulty hearing me, or was rude, or both.
I have never been so humiliated at this Sonic. I’ve been going to this Sonic for about 14 years and have never been treated so rudely like tonight and I’ve always tipped good. I pulled in to Sonic about 7:30 this evening. There were no other cars there so I’m thinking I should get in and out fast. All I wanted was a drink and a bag of ice. My order was taken immediately. I waited and waited. A young man came out and ask if I got my order. When I replied no, he said he’d be right back. He never came back, I push the red button again when a young lady came on, she said something so fast I didn’t understand and hung up before I could say something. This was repeated with same results. I pushed down on my horn and nobody came out. I go back home upset with the way I was treated. I called up there and spoke with the manager. He said they were short staffed. They had 4 kids working the front, the manager said he was the only cook. I told him there were no other cars there but me when I pulled in and I didn’t order food. Who was he cooking for. The manager apologized but didn’t seem sincere. They probably don’t care what I say or think. Is good customer service a thing of the past? I’m so disappointed. It was about 30 minutes before I realized I wasn’t getting my order. They let me sit there after taking my order. They could have told up front they weren’t taking orders.
This sonic is always so busy. It takes forever to get anything. Staff seamed nice but it should not take 10 min to get a regular cold drink. Build another one that's bigger or hire more employees
Tried the Big Dill Cheeseburger and enjoyed it. We took the regular pickles off since the pickle fries were there thinking it might be too much pickle. Eat it right away or the crust on the fried pickle fries will get soggy.
I pulled into sonic at 4 in the afternoon on a Sunday just to get some mozzarella sticks and an ocean water for my wife on Mother’s Day before I had to go into work at 5. When I pulled in there were plenty of people working and running food and drinks to the other cars. When I pressed the red button I waited about 8 min without a response so I pressed it again. Then a guy came over the intercom and said something way to fast for me to understand and then he hung up. I didn’t hear what he said so I pressed the button again. He came back over the intercom to tell me they were closed. I sat there for about another 10 min to text my wife and let her know all the while the workers are still running food and drinks to other cars. So I’m not sure when they closed or why they did but it doesn’t really make too much sense to me is pretty aggravating tbh.
Extremely disappointed in the food quality at this location. I thought we would give them another try, but it seems every single time my family & I order food here it is absolutely terrible. I thought their food was made fresh to order, but apparently at this location it is NOT. Tater tots were rock hard & the burgers were old, dry & burnt. The fish sandwich was dried out & obviously had been sitting for a very long while. The only thing worth going for are the drinks & ice cream anymore.

I got 2 Sonic Blasts. How can this not be 5 ⭐, you might ask? Took 5 minutes before my order was taken and 15 minutes to make em. ?
Milkshakes are a yes!!! Mozzarella sticks are always my go to Al song with the jalapeño poppers. The chicken sandwich was good with the house sauce! I never have a issue here and the one time I got the wrong order they fixed it immediately. And I’m never here more then 10 min start to finish
