Workers are nice but food quality is more of a miss then a hit. I'm handing over my money I expect that my food being prepared will be fixed as if they were the ones ordering it themselves to eat. Don't give me a burger that looks like someone sat on it, stale tots, & crusty chili on my coney.
This place is absolutely the worst sonic I’ve been too. And I thought the one on airline was the worst. Over 30 minutes for an order. The order was completely wrong. Charged for all route 44 drinks and got mediums. Honestly will never go back here and wish it’d close down.
Ordered a strawberry cheesecake blast. Patiently waited 10 minutes for it in the drive thru. She brought it out and said; I hope it's ok that we didn't have cheesecake bites. So disappointed. I just left.
Went Thursday, the food was absolutely nasty. Ended up with food poisoning. 1 star
They literally sent out sour tea and 2 coneys barely any cheese no chili and was so hard you couldnt cut it with a saw. And of course management couldn't care less.
Isaiah is awesome! What great customer service at a fast food restaurant! I would have given it 5 stars, but we ordered ice cream from the app and I guess they went ahead and made it, which I can't complain to much about that, but the ice cream was melted. However, great experience overall!
Quick friendly service hot food and they enjoy getting your order right!
Very disappointed! Even when I called the MANAGER and she offered to make it fresh my husband went back up there and the meal was NO BETTER!
Love ordering through that app so all you have to do is drive over and park and your food is ready right away
